“Pure fraud. When packages came to US I had to pay shipping a second time. Customer service lied no less then 20x. What I did get not what I ordered. PATHETIC !!!”

That’s all these people are. Don’t be deceived by the pictures you see online; when they send you the items, it’s either the sizes are out of place, the style doesn’t fit like the pictures displayed or the material is different from what’s on their website. Sure enough, their returns aren’t paid for, so you would have to cover the expenses yourself which is 95% likely cos their items never look as pictured on their website. I had to pay $40 something to ship back items that cost me $105.. Do not waste your time ordering from them, it’s not worth it!!! And oh! I forgot to add that it took over a month for the items to even arrive in the first place. I ordered them for December season, didn’t get them until middle of January”

“Absolutely terrible! They will NOT honor returns unless you pay shipping and handling for the return AND the initial “free” shipping. The products are cheaply made with terrible material. After a back and forth with “customer service” I opted for 25% refund and I was still reimbursed incorrectly because math is hard. Apparently $3.10 is 25% of $20.60. I now get to keep a plastic oversized shirt I will never wear because the sizes are not true either. Let’s bankrupt this company.”
“Items are low quality and cheaply made, hence the low prices. Returns are difficult. You go back and forth with an agent BUT there is 24 hours between each response so it can take a week. Many items are not returnable. Those that are they spend a week offering you an increasing discount to keep them(5%, 10%, 20%, 30% off to keep them). If you can get them to process the return authorization, you are responsible for return shipping costs and it may "get lost in the mail and never received" so you are out the money and the items. BUYER BEWARE.”
“I spent £80.80 i waited for delivery, i contacted customer services numerous times to no avail. Their response took a very long time hence why it was over the 14days return period, i had to pay for postage even though i had spent a lot, I posted on the 13.01.23 and it took them nearly 3 weeks to respond to me, I’ve have been told no refund but offered a £10 voucher which is unacceptable,

“If I could give negative stars I would. This website is a scam. I placed an order under the intentions my items would arrive by the delivery date shown, which was needed for a trip I was taking. I have yet to receive my order and it’s been almost a month. The tracking status on the website has not been updated in 2 weeks with the last status showing arrival at sort facility. The tracking number provided that is supposed to be for USPS does help either stating no information available for the tracking number. I don’t even want the items anymore I just want my money back and will never order anything from them again. Please be aware of this website scammers.”
