“I bought a pair of black and gold sneakers, however, the quality was extremely cheap! The soles weren't even rubber, and the gold striped on the soles was painted on. I can tell that they will only last a few months at best. I've honestly never seen sneakers so cheaply made before.”

When I got in return was a pair of red shoes for completely different wrong size wrong color, I didn't even come with an invoice saying I purchased anything he was just a package sent the mail with no receipt of any kind. I contacted the bank and tried to get them to give me a digital receipt through my bank and they couldn't even find anything but the credit card I used to purchase the item with. Long story short don't ever buy some chick me. I have spent a month trying to figure out what to do next I've written check me several times and it will not respond to me.”

Then they said they would fast track one of them , other to follow. One arrived, the material was awful, didn’t look like what i ordered. I tried to cancel the other dress, they said NO. Tried to send them both back, they offered me 5% off, then 10%. After back and forth emails, they said 50% refund and keep the dresses! They only gave me a refund for one!! When I emailed again, they rudely underlined my emailed accepting 50% off. I obviously responded and they have never replied. Very poor customer service”

It was a simple issue, that got resolved in one of the worse possible ways.
I am XL. All my clothing is, and so that's what I ordered. Unfortunately, the dress was very tight and I couldn't get it past my shoulders. Not even, body, just the width of the shoulders.
Well I contacted Chicme through Live Chat because that's the only way. (The Messenger chat is only a robot that repeats itself, or tells you the same thing the website already says) When they say they respond within 24 hrs, they do take it literally, it was the next day when I got a response. And check the wording out ...
I was only trying to return a size that didn't fit what it should've been.
The dress still has not been used. It hasn't even been the 14 days for the refund and in their "solution" they don't even mention a 100% refund even though it falls within guidelines.”
