CHICME cancel my order and when I tried to reach someone in customer service they sent me a message saying that I did not meet the requirements that was requested of me for my identity. They have my bank account information, my name and address! That's enough to meet the requirements when you're making an online purchase. I am not willing to take pictures of my bank card and my ID just to make a retail purchase. I received an order from them previously with no problems and then suddenly when I ordered the second time they wanted me to send more personal information that should not be required to buy anything online! I no longer trust purchasing anything from CHICME. I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED FROM ANY COMPANY ONLINE THAT HAS ASKED FOR ME TO SEND PHOTOS OF MY BANK CARD OR OF MYSELF JUST TO MAKE A PURCHASE. “Oder Purchased over 42 Days Ago, I just Received It. The shipping took too long. I placed an order and it took 6 weeks to arrive. I was supposed to use that clothes for Christmas day and I couldn’t use it, I had to buy something else. The order was supposed to arrive on December 13, it arrived on 1/4/23. I no longer want that clothes anymore and I’m asking for a refund of my money because I no longer need it, I haven’t been able to talk to costumer service, they only allow to email them, and they said if I return the items I have to pay the shipping even thought they were the one who were late.”
“I spent $120 on a few items I ordered from chicme.com. A Some of the items arrived damaged and some others were not matching the advertised sizing and pictures. So I still can't wear them. I wanted to return the whole order, but they don't even have the return service. They do not provide shipping labels. Good luck with shipping it back to China and pay per weight and all the customs fees... They offered me $27 in compensation so that I keep this garbage clothes. Very disappointed. That leaves me with $90 wasted for nothing. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL REGRET.”

“Sizing is all over the place. I wear medium and ordered medium and some fit, some too big and some too small. To return is a nightmare and they will not give you a full refund, only 15%. They are very difficult to work with through the process.”
