“Awful experience. The dress I ordered did not fit when I tried to return it they offered me 10% off and I could keep the dress. I explained I did not want to keep the dress I would never wear it and then was offered a 20% refund and I could keep the dress. Again I said I wanted a refund and then I got a sarcastic email back about my precious time and offered a 40% refund. Below is a copy of the chat that went back and forth. I just gave up and took to 40% refund.

“ordered a 137$ worth clothes that didn't even fit. When I read they refund policy which clearly says you have 14 days to return, they tell me I gotta take 10$ refund and it the clothes, for what? I can't wear them. I will never never order anything from them. They ask me to send my measurements. I can make my own clothes why choose china to do that. Kept all my money would not return it. And I have to pay to send the clothes back, really. I'm done!
