“This site. I ordered well over a month ago. My order still has yet to leave the distribution center. It spent WEEKS being "sanitized" and their customer service is nonexistent. My event this outfit was for is this weekend. So let me go find something else and spend more money. Never again.”
“They sell cheap, thin merchandise for women which is almost two sizes too small. They advertise on their website items for Fall and Winter and they turn out to be summer wear -- light weight and tight. They do not send all of what you order and they never compensate you for the missing item. I ordered four pants suits and only three came. This order was placed on October 30 2022, and it is now December 13. They refuse to issue a refund for the missing pants set and pretend to not understand English. I have been asking for a refund of the "out of stock" pants set for almost two months. In addition, I asked to exchange the three sets that they did send for a larger size. They have not responded. This company is located somewhere in Asia, and you will never find them. Buyer beware -- this is a scam business. Spend your money on American retailers. Foreign retailers are all about scamming the American consumer.”

“Chic Me - I ordered from Chic Me for the first time over a month ago and I STILL haven't gotten my order!! I have contacted customer support 2x and I finally just got a response. The clothes that I ordered were for 2 holiday parties and I had to buy different outfits due to the delay. “Do not use this company!!!! I ordered a Christmas sweater and Christmas leggings on 19 November. Plenty of time to deliver before my Christmas party on 8 December, right? Wrong! After two weeks, I received an email saying the leggings were out of stock. This meant it was too late to order a replacement. I emailed them (3 times) and told them not to ship the sweater as it wouldn't arrive in time. They replied that I should be patient! They ignored me and shipped it anyway. It arrived 2 days late for my event (as I said it would). They are now saying they won't refund me unless I pay the shipping costs to return it to China. Disgusting service and bad attitude when they ignored my instructions to cancel the order (before it shipped). They offered me a $5 voucher and said I could keep the sweater. I don't need it now. They don't want to give refunds and eventually start ignoring your emails and you are left with a product you don't want/doesn't fit/broken etc. Avoid Chic Me at all costs. They are unethical in their business dealings. Support your local traders instead and save yourself a lot of problems.”
“I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I ordered the shoes half a size bigger than my normal size and the shoes were still too small. It looks like I need to go up an additional size. I asked the company if I could exhange the shoes and they keep offering me a partial refund even though I informed them that I only want to exchange the shoes. I even asked them if I pay for the return if I could get a 100% refund and they only keep offering me a partial refund. This company is a complete scam and I would advise you not to shop here if you don't like throwing money in the trash. I will try to get my refund from my bank and report this company as a fraudulent company.”
“This company has taken £75 for 3 items of clothing. They sent it via evri courier who decided to leave the parcel outside my home next to my trailer tent and didn't even leave a card through my door. The parcel has been stolen. I've contacted Chicme numerous times and they will not refund or send another parcel and telling me its down to me that I should complain to Evri ás the parcel was delivered. However I've not taken control of the parcel or signed for anything.Im still fighting 1 month on for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE THIEFS.

I have contacted them everyday since the Package was saying delivered weeks ago.
All they keep saying is that its my package and its the courier who's at fault (which I agree on). And that I must contact EVRI about the missing parcel. Which I advised CHICME that I ENTERED IN TO A CONTRACT WITH Them NOT EVRI. I also added that I did not sign for the parcel or take control of the parcel at any point. After this Chicme offered me $10. Which I refused Immediately. I've sent untold amount of messages since to Chicme asking for a full refund still nothing. So please whoever reads this and all other reviews of so many people with similar cases Take it in THIS COMPNAY ARE THIEFS

- My parcel was delivered open and two of my items were not present. I requested for the deliver driver to take this back, he refused. He stated to me that, he will report my complaints to his management i watched him as he inputted this complain into his e-system and even take a picture.
- I promptly sent an email as well, accompanying with a picture of state of arrival explaining my experience.
- Nicki the sale advisor who was assigned to me, took approximately 6 days to get back to me, to state that all items had been delivered.
- I refuted this, highlighting that not all three items were delivered. Also explaining that deliver driver had submitted this evidence in his e-system. I explained that could this be raised to supervisor, as the delivery driver could be the only suspected if the depot stated they had delivered all three items.

“Chic Me does not have a return option. Well let me correct myself they have one on the website but you can’t access it. They want you to email them, which I had to do 4 times before a response. Also when I asked how could I return 2 pair of shoes and some jeans for a bigger size, there response was can I keep them and they will give me 10% or $10 off my next order. Uhmmmmmm NO. Was my response. How dose that sound. Then the next email was I can return them but I would have to pay for the items to be returned. Horrible customer service and false advertising.”
“I ordered on 11/20/22 and paid $70. I went in on 11/29/22 to check the status and it's not even showing any order in my account. Nothing!
I wrote them and they claimed one item was being restocked, but agreed to send the rest of the order....then their chat just disappeared! After reading reviews, I'm assuming I just wasted $70. I'll be shocked to get any of it...but it sure looks nice online. Lesson learned!”
“What a scam, I ordered a few things from their site and it took almost a month to get my order and still was missing 1 item from my order. One of the sweatshirts had a word miss spelt. It should have said Hayrides but on the shirt I got it said Uayrides ? I sent them a message and the response I got back was “that is how it is spelt on our site I hope you can understand”???? Uayrides is not even a word. All the shirts were so small and won’t even fit my 11 year old niece and I ordered xl shirts! What a joke. Don’t order from this site!”
