“I ordered over $200 worth of clothes and shoes. My stuff came in a FedEx package shaped like a basketball and even that small. Was not aware shoes were even in package and not in a shoe box. Shoe's were mashed together and the shoe shapes were out of whack. 3 dresses did not fit and they want me to pay return shipping and give me only 10% of each purchase item back. I would not even deal with them anymore. I'm sending my stuff to the goodwill. I am very unhappy. This purchase was wasted money. The fabric used is very thin and if you get something that has patterns they are crooked due to the way the print was shaped on the fabric itself. The snake skin shoes has a dress clip as the buckle and therefore i can not even wear these shoes unless I go get that clip taken off and add the right kind of enclosure. See photo attached. Shoes will more than likely last up to 4 wears as the material used to make them is very cheap and thin.”
“I purchased 2 pair of shoes. I was unable to wear them. I returned them. They requested a copy of the receipt. I sent it. Again, they asked for it. By that time, I received confirmation that the shoes had been delivered. I sent that notice to them. As of today, Nov. 4, 2022, they are still asking for receipt. I regret the day I bought from this company. I have never had a problem like this with any other company. There’s no other way of contacting them except by email. Phone numbers don’t work. “I want it to be known that chicme doesn't stand by their own return policy. The same day I received my package I was very unsatisfied with the clothing.to big looked nothing like the pictures. One item looked like it was not finished like they forgot to put a linen in it. Well I followed there instructions on getting a ticket to send the items back. They gave me the runaround. First they offered me 10% of my money back and keep the clothes plus a coupon.why would I want a coupon, and 10% of $103.00. $10.00.Really back and forth for almost 5 days until they agreed on 50% of my money back. Then they said it would take 48 hours to be approved. And take 7 to 14 days for my refund. I told them how wrong they were for treating me that way being on total disability and having to save that money to buy the merchandise. The very next day the money was in my account. Now I only have less than half off my money back and clothes that I could have made better myself. BEWAR”

“If you like the product, GREAT! But if you don't, they won't give you a full refund as promised. They offered me a 20% refund and to keep the product. I don't want the product, it doesn't fit. I said I want a full refund. Your website says we get a full refund, 20% is not a full refund. So then they offered me a 5% refund”
“Chic Me is basically a con! The prices are good, but then all that glitters is not gold! Should you need to return anything it's a negotiation process. The slogan of "YOUR SATISFACTION IS ALWAYS OUR FIRST PRIORITY" is absolute rubbish. One they agree to accept the return, shipping both ways is deducted and then a mysterious charge is also deducted, leaving you with approximately half of what you originally paid!

“Chic me won't honor their return. For 7 days everyday they ask for bag sku photos. I send them. Next day they ask again. I send. My emails show the pictures when forwarded to verify. They just keep this circle to never have to help me. Also, sizes are not true to size. I am a 12 and ordered a Large. Even the XL is too small. Almost as if sizes are child sized. Quality and defects are evidently bad.”

“We’ll where do I start? After I received my first order I was very dissatisfied the quality of the clothing was very poor. . Ex a orange plaid blazer came in in the color of peach, horrible. Had 2nd order in and I cancelled before it was shipped out. But here it comes Gray blazer two times to little but same size as the other two I ordered. Very thin material cheap nothing like on line showed. Customer service told me my return time was up, but in their notes it plainly says do not fill order cancel it. They think you will end up keeping if they make such a hassle. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m in process of working with better business and my lawyer, it’s not that it’s such a little amount of money. It’s the principal!!!

“I agree with everyone's post. This customer service is not helpful. They try to low ball you on items you did not receive because they do not want to refund you your money or remail missing items. I sent pictures of all the items I received along with the package that appeared that someone opened and they still try to give me $20 than the $85 worth of items that where missing.”
