“I have gone through the same issues as everyone else here. I am still in contact trying to get a replacement item that was the wrong size noted by them. I don't think I will have much luck getting it or receiving a credit for the full amount. Complaining to the fox that is in charge of the hen house is totally a waste of your time. I have notified the company that I will be reporting their business practices to the Attorney Generals Office that oversees complaints about such companies. I suggest you do the same. “DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Everything comes from overseas and it will take a month for you to get it. When I finally received my item that was only suppose to be a solid color, instead I received a fake Chanel logo on it. In my opinion that's defective but they would not pay the return fee. Also when it's time to do a return it is a nightmare they will try and negotiate with you several times before completing your refund. It's absolutely RIDICULOUS!”
“Beware this is not a UK based company. Another one called elenachicuk is probably same company.
The picture is nothing like the received article. To get a full refund you must pay postage to USA or delay tactics of 20% refund and keep rubbish product. Sandal purchased looked like leather in picture but received cheap plastic with sewing that looked like a 5 year old had done. The name at the end of the email probably doesn't exist. And the 5star reviews probably written by them.”
“This company is a fraud. You order from them and they send you damaged merchandise and they will not take it back as a return. They send out irregular or damaged products and will only take the return back if you pay for shipping it back then they only want to give you a portion of your purchase price back. Do not order from this company . Once you have damaged merchandise in your possession and make them aware of it they cut off all communication with you. They will make it impossible for you to leave a review on their site, and they just hope that you go away.”

“I ordered over $200 worth of clothes and shoes. My stuff came in a FedEx package shaped like a basketball and even that small. Was not aware shoes were even in package and not in a shoe box. Shoe's were mashed together and the shoe shapes were out of whack. 3 dresses did not fit and they want me to pay return shipping and give me only 10% of each purchase item back. I would not even deal with them anymore. I'm sending my stuff to the goodwill. I am very unhappy. This purchase was wasted money. The fabric used is very thin and if you get something that has patterns they are crooked due to the way the print was shaped on the fabric itself. The snake skin shoes has a dress clip as the buckle and therefore i can not even wear these shoes unless I go get that clip taken off and add the right kind of enclosure. See photo attached. Shoes will more than likely last up to 4 wears as the material used to make them is very cheap and thin.”
