“The sleepwear we've got looked less than a sharp and colorful picture, the quality is low and it behaves like rubber than any fabric. If you use to shop online and return the product for any reasons after you try it you won't be able to. If you try to return the product to an address on the envelope from the store wehere is typed "return address", you'll get your parcel back in few days with a note from USPS "invalid address". We sent nine emails to the store with one simple question to provide return address and the reason we would like to return this product, on all nine of them we've got questions about the reasons or anything but not what we asked for. The online store does not provide customer service phone number to speak to live person.”

Returned it the day it came in April and been fighting klarna ever since as chic me saying they never got my return even though it was done tracked. Finally after 8 days of emails to them, they hadn't even shipped my order and finally they canceled the order. First I was offered 10.00 off my next purchase. Every other online company I deal with will offer a full refund or credit on your order, because realistically, you have to try them on to see if they fit. Not this company, I spent $400 in good faith, got my packages, nothing fitted (even though I read through all their sizing options and choose appropriately). Nothing. Not one thing!! So as disappointed as I was, I thought 'oh, well, that was a waste of time, but I'll just take a refund.' Contacted the company and they wasted enough time so that it was outside of the 14 days return, and at the absolute most, want me to pay to send the clothes back (more than happy with that when you are getting a full refund), but on $400 worth of clothes, they are offering back $40 and I can keep the clothes.
