“I really wished I would of read the reviews prior to my purchase! I reached out to the company to return 2 items I purchased and they offered me 10% back on 1 item and no refund on the other item. The customer service states “ so you won’t have to pay for shipping”. Terrible!”

“I would advise others to stay away from the beautiful well presented items from CHIC me. They are only presentation, BUT NO quality at all.
1) It took 4 weeks for order to arrive
2) None of the Items i purchased could have been presentable to wear. I ordered clothes, earrings, backless bras, etc. but nothing fits or hurtful to wear (like earrings)
3) one of the items I oredered was missing. when telling the company, they asked for picture of something i did not receive.
4) when asked to return eveything, they waisted time on offering discounts multiple times upon return requests.
5) after about 8 times with the same reply on demanding refunds, and not discount, they finally agree to refund me for 7 items of the 13 items i purchased, paid and return back to them.
6) and it's been 40 days since they agreed to refund my account, mailed out their package and submitted the mailing receipt, still NO money back yet on my card.
7) If you anyone wants to purchase with CHIC ME, do so at your own risk of lots of hassle with little respect for your hard working earned and delay refunds, if it happens.”

I ordered four shirts all the same size when I got them 2 were extremely large, one was extremely small and when I asked to do a return they offered me 10% And to keep the clothes. I told them that I did not want to keep clothes that didn’t fit. they offered me 30% and keep the items they were not willing to go beyond that they didn’t want to pay for the return it was a horrible experience. clothing it’s not size accurate and they are not great to deal with. please do not order from the site”
“Absolute rubbish shoddy thin material.. I've asked for a refund on numerous occasions they will offer me £3 and keep the dresses. Whats the point they cant be worn.Absolutely disgusting..they say it will cost me a lot to send it back. They should be paying postage.

They offer a 10% discount to keep the items, then 30%, now they say I can't return a bra (other companies do) not only is the return cost down to me but I will also incur a return processing fee of which they can't yet confirm the amount. How is this acceptable. The clothes don't fit, quality is poor, I just want a refund. Never ordering from Chick-me ever again!! Warning... avoid at all cost!!!”
