“DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. The quality is TERRIBLE. I ordered 2 tops and 2 dresses. I normally wear an XL, I ordered everything in a L and it was too big. I placed my order on June 6th, I received it June 27th. I reached out to them on July 10th to return the order, I received a response the next day saying it was to late to return the items.I’m stuck with junk I can’t wear or return. Never again will I order from them. Very poor customer service.”

“I wanted to return several items of what I ordered. It's been three months of hell. They never responded to me until I filed a complaint on pissedoff.com. Then they responded to me but would not tell me how I would received my refund. Exchanged probably 15 emails with them and they will never answer that question. This company is a mockery of customer service and should be shut down. Never ever order from this company!”

“Ok my story is EXACTLY the same as everyone else’s. I bought clothes from CHICME they came, bad quality, too small, tried returning them, and got the run around with discounts etc.
I WANT TO GIVE YOU A LIGHT AT THE END OF A VERY BAD TUNNEL THAT I HAVE BEEN SO LUCKY TO GET! And I got all my money back plus the postage!!! Yes that’s right, there was no way I was letting them get away with it!!!
I went straight to PayPal, we have consumer buying cover with PayPal, I lodged a dispute through PayPal and sent photographs of all the contact that I had with CHICME. They did the rest, they contacted ChicMe got the address and yes I had to send it back but I also got the funds frozen and held by PayPal, no deductions from ChicMe for handling, postage, blah blah blah.
So when I sent it back.. yes it was expensive… but PayPal covered that out of pocket expense also. What people don’t understand is that we have a $45 a year out of pocket coverage for postage with PayPal for sending back products that are ie broken, not of description, quality etc. I lodged my postage receipt with PayPal and I just got that also paid… I got everything back.
So suck it CHICME… you are not getting my hard earned money!!!”

They are being incredibly difficult refusing to pay postage to return item even though their terms clearly state if their error

“The good that were delivered bore absolutely no resemblance to the images and descriptions in their online catalogue. The quality of almost everything was very poor. When we tried to return the order they did everything they could to delay communications so they could eventually claim it was now too late to send the goods back. The are in China so are not subject or accountable to UK trading laws - and they know it!! Buy with great caution - we will never use them again!!”
“I made a purchase that took way too long for delivery. I no longer needed items and I didn’t like them they were of poor quality. I requested the return address and they continued to try and negotiate a percentage of a refund. I had to beg for an address. I returned them and delivery confirmed being delivered. I inquired about my refund and just like begging for the address it again became an issue saying they need the receipt, and that my receipt didn’t have a weight on it and they needed the weight. I went to the post office and because I shipped it flat rate there was no weight recorded on the package or receipt. The post office obtained the weight. I then contacted them with the weight and now they are unable to refund me because the receipt still has no weight listed. They are horrible! I will never use them, and would never recommend.”
