Contacted them about a refund to be asked if I wanted to keep the clothes with a 30% refund. Reiterated that I wanted to return due to fit and poor quality. After lots of chasing on my part finally got a returns label.
However they only returned £18.99 of my £29.95 purchase. Shocking quality, shocking service - complete rip off!!!!”

“I ordered a week and a couple days ago. They say it takes 3-7 days for processing not even the shipping time mind you still nothing. You can order straight from China and get your items faster never again. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for my refund. Don’t shop with them. I’m saving you your time, energy and money.”

Tried telling me they can’t refund while case is pending. Contacted Pay pal and was told to do no such thing. “This company is a scam. Terrible products and terrible customer service. I recieved items that were so poorly made that I could not wear them. I immediately contacted them for a return label or address where they gave me the run around for 2 weeks and 12 emails later until they tell me that my time on returns has expired. It is a scam. “The worse online shopping expereince ever. Absolutly bad quality and size chart customer service is the worst and return policy applies to their own favor. I am still waiting for them to refund me since I sent back the itmes after niccki agreed to refund them in full because he offered me 5 dollars for itmes that cost more than 25 dollars and keep the items. I have filed a complaint with Pay Pal today since they have been playing games stating that have not received my items yet post office shows they were delivered. DO NOT SHOP THERE IT IS VERY BAD”

“Beware, getting your refund is not easy. I ordered 5 items, they are all too small. Items were not true to size and poor quality materials. I asked for a return ticket and have been offered a 10% discount if I keep the items. I explained that they are no use to me and I wanted to return them for a full refund. I was then offered 30% discount.... I refused again, then was offered 35% discount. Please be aware, it is not easy to get your money refunded and I still haven't resolved anything as yet. I've read some reviews and is seems they use this tactic to get beyond the 14 day return deadline and then they refuse a refund. I'm still waiting for a returns ticket.”
“DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. The quality is TERRIBLE. I ordered 2 tops and 2 dresses. I normally wear an XL, I ordered everything in a L and it was too big. I placed my order on June 6th, I received it June 27th. I reached out to them on July 10th to return the order, I received a response the next day saying it was to late to return the items.I’m stuck with junk I can’t wear or return. Never again will I order from them. Very poor customer service.”
