I accidentally ordered two of the same item. Why would I want two? Requested a return label the day I received it and I’m still going back and forth with them a week and a half later. This company avoid giving refunds and offer only 10% refund or 5 dollars off the next purchase, even though I am in the UK.
This company are always doing offers so by giving me 5 dollars off , is not actually doing me any favours! Also they avoid giving a return address to try to put you off returning as this is at the customers cost.
Even if you do manage to return the item, they still won't give you a refund.
There were another two items in my order, all of which didn't match the pictures on the website, but they will have to do. The dress was the biggest disappointment, for the reasons mentioned above, but also as transparent as a net curtain, when online it didn't look see through at all and Completely different cut to what I was sent.
Please please avoid and don't waste your money unless you are 100% sure that you are going to keep all your items and don't care if you don't get your money back if not.”
