This company's product is low quality. Customer service is almost non existent and the return policy. Well you will be paying for shipping the product back if there is a problem.”
“Avoid purchasing anything from Chic me at all costs. Chic me portrays that they have a refund and return policy, but when I gone to return an ill fitting dress which was made of nasty n cheap material the company has returned £1.80 from the dress which cost over £23 and took weeks to arrive. I consider this company as appalling to deal with and consider Chic me as conning people out of hard earned cash. I will be reporting this company to trading standards”

“My clothes were too big & I didn’t like the material at all! I attempted to get a return label or address by online chat since they tell you nothing on their app or site for a address to return to 4/27! It says we will return your chat within 24 hours! They respond back on 5/18 and inform me their return policy is 14 days only! They didn’t even respond back to me within 14 days and you can tell it’s like on purpose!!! Never ordering from this company again! They make returns impossible and their customer service is horrible & not helpful!”

“I have placed an order since April 28th, today is May 20th. I have been waiting patiently. I contacted customer support through messenger, all I got is a robot!. They finally gave me a tracking number, but still saying 'in transit' somewhere that I don't know. I spent almost $100 on this first order. I am very disappointed and upset.”

“I recently ordered 4 items, I kept 1 item & wanted to return the other 3, you can’t just click return & send back so I messaged & 4 days later I’m no further forward!! I’ve been offered first 10% refund then 20% now 40% refund, what’s so difficult to understand that the items are no use to me therefore I require a full refund, it doesn’t state this when you order, worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!!!”
“I ordered 4 items from ChicMe, it was my first experience with them. All 4 items were of low quality. I decided to keep 2 that were acceptable, but not great though. I inquired on returning 2 and asked for a refund of those 2. The first reply email offered me a partial refund of $10.00 or a $5.00 credit towards the next purchase.
After a few emails back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me, but I had to pay for shipping.
So, don’t waste your time or money with this company, it’s not worth the headache.”
“I order online all the time since covid. This company is by far THE WORST! I’ve never been scammed so badly. The dresses were pricey so I thought they’d be decent but I was wrong. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE! They didn’t believe me that the sizing was wrong from the chart. They wanted me to lay it on the floor and measure it with a ruler! It was the most ridiculous request I’ve ever heard of. DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY! Just throw your money in the garbage instead. It’s the same thing with less emotional damage!”
