“Avoid this company. Once items arrive weeks later, not even close to what I ordered. One item size is about 5 too big. They refused ti pay return shipping even though their description was wrong and the item looked different. The back and forth was exhausting and I’ll never order from there again.”

The quality of the t shirts is unbelievable poor.The size of the t shirts are enormous even though I used their guide size.
I have contacted them 5 times asking for an address to send them back but I haven’t heard anything from them.
Obviously I am well past the return time so I imagine they will give that as a reason why I can’t return them.
I will end up giving them to hospice shop and see if they can get some money for them.
If anyone is tempted to buy from them please read the reviews first.”
“I’ve spent three days trying to get a return address from them. Every response from them just offers me higher compensation e.g 10% off my next order, a partial refund (that increases.) My item does not fit, why would I want to keep it. I don’t think I could resell it because of how it doesn’t fit, I don’t think it would fit anyone else either.”
“Okay first off I knew it was going to take well over a month to before I received what I ordered, and I received the merchandise their large was like a kid large coming from overseas, when I inquired about a refund their first response was to keep the merchandise and they would give me a 10% refund on what I paid, so keep what dint fit me and recieve only 10 percent back from what i paid 🤨, I responded with I want a full refund and how can I send the product back , their response was keep the merchandise and we will give you a 15% refund on what you paid i again asked for my refund in full , their response was they would give me a 25% back on my purchase and keep the merchandise i finally just decided to call my criedit card and dispute the charge and let them fight it out , at the end. Not worth the head ache on something your hopeing thats ganna fit you just to be frustrated from trying to get a refund. Never again will i buy from them ……..”
“Dreadful company. Have to fight for a refund and threaten them with bad reviews. Took 6 weeks to arrive and the dresses were awful, nothing like they were advertised. Now they won't give a refund despite being given the tracking number for the return.

“TERRIBLE! They will not tell me how to return the items I purchased for a refund! I will never buy there again! When I ask how do I get a return label to return my items and get a refund of a $500+ purchases they don’t answer my question and they offer me a stupid $5 coupon!!!!!!! I still have not been able to return the items and I started chatting with a rep 3-4 days ago, very dissatisfied!!!! The items don’t fit me, the designs don’t look good on me & are not like the photos.”
“It took forever for my order to arrive and when it do, ugh it was awful and it didn’t look anything like the pic online and the material was hard and course. It was supposed to be a nice satin green. I think it was made by them to copy the dress online. I will not be wearing this dress anywhere. It’s hideous

“I ordered almost $400.00 worth of items on 4/18/22, to this day I have received one tshirt. I ask them everyday why all the other items are still in the warehouse ?
Then they send me an email stating that certain items are out of stock. This has been going on for weeks, when i ask for a Manager they ignore the request. I canceled the entire order today and will stop payment on my credit card.

“Their customer service is quick to respond but TERRIBLE at resolving issues to customer's satisfaction!!!! Imagine paying for something you want to return and being told that you can keep it and they will refund you 1% of what you paid!!! Seriously??? They actually have 3 options for returning something.........none of which are right or fair to the customer. They finally offered me 30% of my money back or return it but I have to pay for shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!”

“Taking too long to receive items. Just after reading these reviews im very skeptical of this company. This company should be reported for misleading consumers. I read the reviews beforehand that was talking about their great experiences. That's the only reason why i went ahead and ordered 200.00 dollars worth of items. Didn't see these reviews until now. “I am 100% convinced that any 'good' review placed here is done so by the company themselves. Their customer service is appalling! Their returns policy is also extremely misleading. They claim to happily return items within a 14 day period but will delay replying to you once you ask for a return. once they reply ( with extremely rude admins) they will deny you a refund and offer you a discount instead. After 6 times of them denying a refund and a threat made by me to escalate to fair trading, they allowed a return but gave me a strict 24 hours to do so.. even though it hadn't even been 14 days since my product arriving! DO NOT BOTHER.”
