“Taking too long to receive items. Just after reading these reviews im very skeptical of this company. This company should be reported for misleading consumers. I read the reviews beforehand that was talking about their great experiences. That's the only reason why i went ahead and ordered 200.00 dollars worth of items. Didn't see these reviews until now. Very disappointed.”
“I am 100% convinced that any 'good' review placed here is done so by the company themselves. Their customer service is appalling! Their returns policy is also extremely misleading. They claim to happily return items within a 14 day period but will delay replying to you once you ask for a return. once they reply ( with extremely rude admins) they will deny you a refund and offer you a discount instead. After 6 times of them denying a refund and a threat made by me to escalate to fair trading, they allowed a return but gave me a strict 24 hours to do so.. even though it hadn't even been 14 days since my product arriving! DO NOT BOTHER.”
“I have got the same problem with this company. Ordered 2 jumpsuits and they arrived too late also they do not fit. Back and fourth asking for a return address to send back to. I don't want to keep the items. I want a full refund. They should have returns forms like any other company but I suppose that's the general idea. Daylight robbery and I will never order from them again 😒”

“This is the worst company ever shop with. They give Miss information in regards to receiving your items. You will be waiting for months before you receive your package if you receive it. They will give you a tracking number with the Postal Service, when you track your package it will tell you that there was a label created but waited on the items , wakes up in weeks when your check the Postal Service it will be telling you the same thing. Beware of this company.”
“I ordered over a $100 worth of items and after two weeks of order they tell that they are out of 1/6 of my items and asked if I would like something else, at this point because it was now heading on 3 weeks and they still hadn’t shipped my items I just asked for a full refund and then they all of sudden got the item back in stock. I told them I would still like a refund because it’s taking so long and they said they have already sent the items to shipping logistics and they are just waiting for the items to be shipped out. I’m now I’m week 4 and the tracking info shows my items are still sitting in China for 5 days now. At this point I’m thinking this company is a scam especially after reading all the reviews. I wish I had google the company before ordering”

“Horrible experience. Took over a month to arrive. Product quality was not anywhere near expectations. Requested a return 5 days after package arrived. They offered me a 10% store credit refund and refused to tell me where to send the package back to and won't give me credit now because it's been over 14 days even though I've spent 2 weeks messaging back and forth asking for a full refund as advertised. They said you'll have to pay shipping and I said that's okay tell me where to send it and then the next message they said I couldn't return it anymore. Stay away from this website. Super horrible customer service and poor quality 😔 they're advertised return policy is not true and the clothes are not as expected.”
“The clothes were defective and the quality was extremely poor. The biggest issue is that when I asked for a refund the same day, took pictures of the barcodes, and they only offered me 10% and said I can keep the items. I am currently awaiting a response and have desire to keep the items at all. Also, despite ChicMe reviews and measurements, the sizes still won’t match. I ordered a Lg that fits like a Sm.and a Lg that fits like an XL. Nothing like the website.”
“Chic me clothes look good on the website however all of the material is horrible and cheap. I'm not sure why this business is still open. I tried to buy 3 different times just in case I was wrong. Everytime I was disappointed. I didnt even try to return my items due to comments I've read about their returns. This company needs to be shut down. I had to pick one star on order to write a review. “Do not order from Chicme. The have you jump through hoops to get a refund. After waiting days in trying to persuade you to keep the items, they then tell you you're beyond their refund TCS and CS. Now I'm stuck with plastic trousers and shoes that are one size too big. Daylight robbery.”
“Do NOT order from here! Just figuring out how to get in touch with someone to return an item is a circus. I had to negotiate for days prior to them allowing me to return my merchandise. They offered me 20% back of what I paid, plus to keep the merchandise. Why would I keep something that doesn't fit and only get a few dollars back of what I paid? When they finally allowed me to send the items back, they gave me a hard time for not providing the package weight. I told them numerous times, it was a flat-rate package. Their customer service SUCKS and I will never be ordering from here again! This was my first and LAST PURCHASE.”
