“I ordered two dresses in Oct. of 21'. As of 3/16/22 I have yet to receive the merchandise. When you go to their website it says that the store no longer exists. I have sent emails to get a refund of my money as they were eager to charge me but no product sent. I would never order from unknown retailers again.

“The clothes were cheaply made and too big. I tried to return the clothes immediately and messaged customer service (it wasn't easy to find the return policy on the website either). Via email I was asked if I wanted money off future orders, I said no, they asked if I wanted 10% off, then 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. I repeatedly said I only want to return the clothes. This correspondence lasted weeks. Finally they said you have 7 days to return the clothes. I was out of town for 2 weeks at a work co fere ce and couldn't return the clothes until I was home. When I returned home I asked how I could return the clothing and was told the time had lapsed and there was nothing I could do. This company is a SCAM! Not allowing someone to return items is a scam.”
“This company is a scam. The items we bought were cheap quality. I returned them using flat rate box from posy office. They refused to refund me based on my package did not have the weight on it.
They have the product $305 + I paid my return fees $27 and I have nothing to show for it. Eventhoygh they confirmed receiving the products, they did not issue the credit. They work out of a trucking company in California so they are beyond my small claim. It must be their strategy to scam people out of small amounts to discourage them rom suing.
Stay away from these people. Buy only through reliable websites like Amazon so you don't deal with scanners like this company”

“Not only did it take several weeks to receive—The company didn’t use my street number for delivery. Only the street name so my items ended up never getting delivered. Their customer service was unhelpful. Thankfully, I tracked it down at the post office before they sent it back. Maybe that would have been best, because the two piece jumper was sewn terribly in the crotch and the back didn’t zip up as the item was too small in the waist. It wasn’t the correct size. Plus the material wasn’t breathable at all. I’ve been messaging customer service trying to initiate a return over the past week. You have to wait 24 hrs each exchange for a reply. I loathe this return process. I received my very first order from them surprisingly the week before but they sent me no shipping updates nor tracking info along the way. It just popped up one day. It fit perfectly. I don’t know why the inconsistency. It’s frustrating.”
“Way too small I wear size 8 dress and size 10 pants. Ordered two piece short outfit XL 12-14 was like a size 6. pretty disappointed. Guess the one coming in will be disappointing as well.”
“My gut feeling was not to buy from this company and I was right. I purchased a pair of shoes from them that are small I can’t even put them on my feet! So what do I do? Ask for a refund because I paid full price and it says on their website you can get a refund. No, they don’t. They keep playing this game with me saying . . . We’ll give you 10% back and you can keep the shoes. I say no thank you. Then they say, we’ll give you 15% back and you can keep the shoes. I say no thank you. Then they’ll offer 20% back and say I can keep the shoes. They keep going up small increments of percentage back and the shoes no matter how many times I say no. Their final offer was 50% and I can keep these awful shoes. They would never give my full amount back. Terrible customer service! Do not buy from them. Awful quality clothes and they do not honor their refund policy.”

“Chic Me is the brand I have returned everything to, every time. Their photos get me good, their advertising is spot on. Noting is even recognisable. I had to go through my order on my phone to identify what each item was and what it was meant to look like.
To return the items, postage was more than what I paid for the items. Such a waste of time and money.”

“My husband purchased 4 items for my upcoming Birthday. With shipping issues, it was over 2 weeks arrival before my Birthday. When we attempted to exchange/return several of the items, it was not possible due to their return policy.

“This company is absolutely diabolical they have no interest in working with their customers I ordered 3 items and they both took over 4 weeks to arrive when the items arrived they looks nothing like the picture poor quality. Clothes were not sewn correctly and the material was absolutely nothing like the picture when I contacted the customer services they kept Fobbing me off and insisting that I took a 10% or a 20% discount off my next purchase instead of returning my my money. They also told me that it would be too expensive for me to return the goods by post so I should keep the faulty items and take a discount off their next order why would I want to buy any more product from a company that number one doesn't post their things out in decent time and number to their products are nothing like their images on their website thankfully I ordered by klarna and at the moment they are dealing with this matter as it is going to cost me me £50 to send back these packages which is absolutely disgusting if I was you I would buy nothing from this company. They not a reputable company they do not deal with customers appropriately they will take your money and not send you your product or they will take your money and send you products that look nothing like you ordered and when you contact them they can't help they just keep bombarding you with more discounts to encourage you to buy more things of there are terrible website customer service is a 0 for me me I would never buy anything off this website again and I would definitely encourage anybody else never to spend a penny with this company poor customer service and basically they are thieves they will take your money for the product and when you want to send it back because it's not even good for purpose they will bombard you to take discounts from their poorly made products on their website I would give 0 stars if I could.”
