“When I received the item it did not look anything like the picture. It wasn't even the same material. I did what I was suppose to do to get a refund. They offered me a discount on any other order. When I refused and asked for my refund, they stop responding to me. Since they sent me a "welcome" on Facebook messenger, I sent them a message that way. They told me I could keep they item and they would refund me 10% of the purchase price. That would be basically $10.00. If I actually wanted the item, I would have to spend so much money to have it altered (the sizing is way off). They also refused to give me the mailing address to return the item. Stating it would be expensive. I let them know I work for the post office and I will determine if it's expensive or not. I also threatened to give a review on Yelp and report them to the FTC.
Needless to say, they gave me the address and stated I had 14 days to return and the sent me another message stating I had 2 days. I've sent the package and I'm waiting to see if they'll give me back my full refund. This company is a sham. Why don't they have the address for returns? Buyers be warn!”
“Ordered a little more than 360.00 in product from them. Never received it, although, FedEx said they delivered. Turns out it went to wrong address. FedEx said chicme had to file the claim since they were the original senders and owner of package. Informed representative of this, received about 5 to 6 emails stating basically I'm on my own. The last one written by Bella stated "your package was delivered, you can complain to the logistics company." Rude and poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. That don't care about their customers.”
“Ordered items and was told would get it in a week. Once I placed the order that’s when I found out it could take 20 days. I immediately contacted the online chat to cancel. They would not cancel my order after several attempts. They said they would rush the shipping. Needless to say it arrived after my outing. Now they don’t want to refund me my money. Keep giving me the run around and offering me vouchers for future orders. Please do not buy from this company. They suck!”
“Infuriating! I’ve been asking for a refund for over a month and the responses I get are deal they try to make with me. They’ve offered me $5 coupon for the next order. The offered me 20% off, 10% refund, after I kept saying no, they’d try again and offer me a 30% refund. They won’t allow me to send me $158 order back. I’ve never dealt with such BS from an online store. The clothing I ordered was for an event 8 days later. Nothing had shipped yet! It took 6 weeks to have my completed order. Everything smells like vinegar and is very poor quality. I have to call my credit card company and ask for advice because ChicMe’s 100% return policy is a lie.”

“The worse customer service practices I've ever encountered. Sizes of some blouses smaller than US sizes and they make it difficult to refund or exchange! Live chat is useless and email takes two or more days to get a response.”

“I ordered two suits for a job interview. They took almost a month to arrive and were returned to local post office as I was not home at the time of delivery. Chicme organised a re delivery for me without consulting with me to check I would be home. 2nd delivery attempt made when I was at work. Courier left parcel outside of the house. Parcel went missing. Contacted chicme who confirmed courier left Parcel outside. I asked for a refund. Refund refused. Vouchers offered instead. Currently seeking advice via consumer helpline. Will never order from chicme again. How can they justify keeping my money when they know I did not receive the item. I had to order a replacement suit from somewhere else for my interview. Don't understand why they can't just give me my money back. Refund policy states they do offer refunds.
*Edit - they have been in touch with me and are still refusing to refund me for the lost items. As the retailer, they can contact the courier for compensation. I cannot do this. They will NOT lose out. I however, have lost my money. I am seeking legal advise. Disgusting that they can get away with it because they are located in Hong Kong and not the UK. And clearly they do this many times as other reviews have stated.”
“I was completely disappointed, they are related to klarna, it is where people can pay in 4 payments and I got it, I was always punctual in my payments and my order never arrived, even in the course of 3 months, but why I had to demand what I had already paid, and I also had to tell them that if they did not send me my things, I would report it to the bank as fraud, and in the end they sent me an incomplete order, and the clothes were very poor quality and apart from that, I a dress was missing and they kept the money for the dress that did not arrive, I do not recommend it. “I bought many outfits from them! I am a good customer.. But two outfits were mad cheaply and didn’t fit right on me and were not flattering at all. When I’m a small / medium size woman.. They refused to give me an address to send it to for the return . Then they kept waiting my time with 10 percent refund for an outfits I can’t wear at all that is huge on me in the waist and super tight on my breast.. So what would do with something this bad.. I politely asked for a refund, then they email me another 24 hours later, saying it’s lingerie and playing dumb, when it’s a cocktail dress and not lingerie! Wow their horrible for doing this! Then I correct them again and explain their mistake and then a 20 percent refund they keep asking me when I can not wear these dresses.. I ask for a refund so I can send it back at my expense.. Then they keep waisting my time so the 14 days is up and u can’t return it.. pretty clever tactic on their end to screw you!! I keep asking for their return address over and over and over and over and over again.. which they still will not provide me with, hoping my time limit runs out! So now you know, whatever garbage you order from them , you will never ever get your money back!! How’s that for customer service??? Terrible company !!
