“They are a joke!!! Return policy is a fluke. My package was returned in a flat rate box. The receipt omitted the weight. So now I’m told to get another receipt from the Post Office. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. Your return obviously goes by the weight. They are saying they can’t open the box. So how in the hell do they know what’s in it? I will NEVER buy again from them or recommend. Read the other reviews from other people. Wish I had known.”

They don't go and pick up the parcels that are to be refunded because it's money in their pocket and they will use the excuse of it was never received. “DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They will not allow you to return items. I bought 2 items that were too large, and wanted to return them. When I submitted a ticket they responded by offering me a 5% discount on my next purchase, or 10% off the items that I wanted to return. They told me to keep the items, which of course are of no use to me. The lowest rating you can give is one star, but ChicMe doesn't deserve any part of a single star. This is the worst company and customer service ever! See below for part of the response I received initially. Thanks to the other customers who have taken the time to write a review, I've heard that when you do push hard they will give you an address to return to (which I have now been given), but then customers do not receive a refund because either the items were not returned within 14 days from the delivery date, or they say the weight of the returned package is less than the originally delivered package. I am cutting my losses and will NEVER shop at ChicMe ever again.

They will instead try and offer you a 5% discount on a future order, or 10% off the clothing (and tell you to keep it, which of course is of no use). When you push harder for a full refund they will tell you the maximum refund they will give is 30% of the cost. This is a disgraceful unethical business that deserves nothing other than to go broke!”

“Never shop here. No returns says global warehouses until try. Then have to send to US at your expense as warehouses closed due to covid. This was January 2022 in August 2021 said warehouses was open. Covid started in March 2020.
