“I wish I knew better. The website looks professional: model's measurements, the item measurements, the fit, etc... so I ordered Dec11. My initial delivery date was Dec 26. It's a Xmas item so I hoped they would know what they doing. But It came January 3rd. Well, I am stuck but I said ok, I'd save it for next Christmas I guess?
I wanted to cry when it came like nooo. The color advertised was dark red, I received bright red orangy. God that was the color I was avoiding. The pattern oh my! I posted picture on their website to show how cheap made it was. I wouldn't mind if I pay 5$ like on Aliexpress. At least I know what to expect and most of the time it turns to be good. But it's 40$ CAD.H&M does way better but I wanted to be "Chic".It said oversized. I took 1 size above, it's a bodysuit! But when reviewing the product, the only option available is "true to size". How can you see that it's a huge V-neck? From the pictures and the description, they don't say it at all. I hate V-neck. The return process? They offer 5$ coupon like you would come back after all! The nerve!!! After 4 days of explaining that I don't want the item for obvious reasons, the"final offer" is 30% of your return. They are hiding that you have to send it back to the US, regardless of where you are located, no return label, you pay it your way. They don't even try to understand your problem, all they said is like : "how about 5% discount", then "how about 10% discount then?" PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE, SAVE YOURSELF HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE.”
“I made a $128.00 purchase. Everything was poor quality. Not as advertised! Their size chart is not accurate. I ask for a return label & a full refund. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order and refused a return label. How insulting! I cannot believe this company is in business! Horrible customer service!”

“Do not waste your time and money! I waited a month for my delivery from Hong Kong even though it was supposed to arrive in less than 2 weeks. Terrible quality with completely wrong sizing where nothing seems to fit (a set labeled S could be S on top and L on bottom or the other way around). Poor customer service, no refund or return possible. Now I have paid over 100 euros to use the fabrics as cleaning rags at best, if they are any good for that.”

“I bought 4 items from ChicMe they were horrible, cheap material, shapeless and the sizes were nothing like what is shown in the size guide - and when I returned the items they refused to refund my money even though I sent them a copy of the email from Australia Post confirming the parcel that I sent using Australia Post had arrived at its destination in the USA (ChicMe) - plus the email had the tracking number. The parcel also had my name on it plus email and phone number but dont want to do the right thing and refund the money they owe me. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ITS CHEAP GARBAGE AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!”
