“I am very disappointed. the first time I ordered things and probably never again. I have been negotiating with the customer service for a month to give me a refund. I returned the things and paid for the return so they would tell me that the weight of the package was not correct and the package had already been delivered. I contacted CS to go through the return process and that was a complete waste of time. After 6 or 7 correspondences they only wanted to offer me a 10% refund??? Wha??? I literally bought 8 dresses. “The customer service is suck. I ordered a dress from November 15 I have not received my dress as January 20. They don’t want to give me a refund. They offered me a $5.00 coupon. I had to turned around and ordered the dress from SHEIN. I already received my dress from SHEIN. I will never order from Chic me again. They don’t give a F about their customers.”
“I have wasted a HUGE amount of time and very many emails and direct messages to this company and have got nothing for it!
They sent the wrong size and claimed it was my fault, even though I couldn’t even order that size when I checked it. But I thought maybe there’s some innocent glitch. So I followed their advice and returned it at my expense to the address they gave me. I included the scan code, my address, etc., and requested the proper size. I followed their instructions exactly.
After a long wait I began contacting them again. I sent them pics of the product and the scan code that was included in my return package. They claimed I had to have a receipt from the post office for them to track it, which I don’t have and cannot get. They never explained why they need this, rather than their own records, the code, and my pictures.
So essentially I’m out the cost of the product and the postage and have NO product. Because they have a faulty record keeping process and cannot track their own packages with their own scan codes, I’m screwed. I consider this FRAUD.”

“First and foremost the clothing is extremely cheap and very poor quality. Competitors have much better quality, much! When I reached out to begin the return process it took them forever to get back to me. Then, I received a bunch of what seemed to me as automated responses trying to negotiate; offering 10% off my next order if I kept everything - what? No! I spent over $100 - take your stuff back and refund my money - simple. Except it’s not - at least for them! I paid to return the item - they never sent a shipping label. Then, they claimed the weight was different so they said my refund would “fail”. When I asked if they removed all of the contents from the package to confirm they’ve received everything - no response. I had to get my card company involved. Horrific! Worst experience I’ve ever had. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME/MONEY not worth it! Be careful!!”
