“I hate this company! I ordered $173 worth of clothes and sent half back because they were too small. After I returned the clothes they said I was outside return policy, but only after I reached out to them because it has been over 30 days and I hadn’t received a credit for the returned item charges. They took my clothes, my money and only offered me a $20 coupon. How is that fair? Never ordering from them again!!!!!”

“I ordered clothes in November for Christmas gifts. My package was delivered a week ago but not to my address. I contacted customer service to advise them. It's been a week of bank & forth emails & all they do is tell me to check my mailbox & ask my neighbors. My order was $120 & all they said all they could offer me is $20 compensation. They refuse to refund my order & take responsibility for a lost package. Do not order from them as they obviously have to regards for their customers or their purchases

UPDATE-It took 3weeks for my Christmas package to arrive b/c it was delivered to the wrong address. I asked for a refund bc my package was never delivered & they just kept telling me to check my mailbox. Since it arrived so late, I purchased gifts elsewhere. Now I've been asking for a full refund on my card so I can return the items. Every day I get an email from them enticing me to keep it with an offered discount. This company does not listen to their customers or abide by their own policies.

I bought a dress from them it took 2 weeks to arrange and once received the dress was not like the dress advertised.
I contacted them explaining I had received the wrong item.
They had the cheek to say to me we can offer you 10% off your next order for me to keep the dress. Which I responded No Ive received the wrong item so send me a return postage label and I will return back to them for a full refund.
They then replied it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping
(Which is in USA) and I’m in the UK
How is it my responsibility to send it back to them if they sent me the wrong item in the first place?

“Chic me is nothing but a scam! They took forever to "ship" my items and when I said I want to cancel it they said they can't. Certain items are non returnable so there goes that money when I ordered way over a month knowing it takes about a month to deliver. They just shipped the other part of this order a month after I ordered so not happy about that. You have to pay to return the items. Now the order says delivered but guess what no items have been delivered or received by anyone in my house. Their resolution go talk to my neighbors to see if they got it and have a nice day. Wasted my money and patience dealing with them. They need to be shut down.”

In addition, they don't want to refund your money. Chic me first offered for me to keep the clothes and get 5٪ off my next order. First of all, I would never order from Chic me again. I DONT WANT YOUR DAMN CLOTHES! Secondly of all, I requested my money back on at least five or six different times and they kept coming up with "possible resolutions." Another resolution they offered was to give me a 20% refund and they kept going on and on about how expensive the shipping costs were going to be. I don't give a damn about shipping costs. I spent over $100 on my order and I am willing to lose $20 on shipping if need be. Chic me refund policy states you are entitled to a full refund if the return items meet certain conditions. Bulls***! STAY FAR AWAY from Chic me. Luckily, I paid for my items via PayPal and I am in the process of escalating my case in hopes of being refunded.”

Basically saying, it will cost you £20 to return to USA so we will give you 30% refund. The reason am returning is due to the quality and style of the item. “What went wrong is Chicme false advertising. I bought what look to be an ankle length thick fluffy cardigan for £30 when it arrived 3 1/2 weeks later was a knee length flimsy short sleeve piece of crochet rubbish, I couldn't believe. I asked for immediate refund as this was not the advertised order, after 3 days was then given returns address in US which cost £23 as they requested a tracking number. SCAM. There must be a way to stop this company 🤬”
