“First of all, it took forever for me to get the order. the order then arrived split into two deliveries. Once I got it and tried it on nothing fit right, nothing! I emailed the company sending pictures as they asked for tags still on them in original packaging and waited to hear back. I finally got a reply saying they would give me a 10% coupon. I wrote back saying I did not want the clothes they did not fit right and I had done as they asked sending them all the pictures. It took days between emails, They responded with no return now past the 14-day window. I explained I had a very long ship time and nothing fit. That if they were not going to make things right I would at least leave a review to warn everyone else. They then sent me one last email 5.00 off coupon for my next purchase. Insulting, to say the least. I will never buy from them again so a coupon would do me no good. bad, quality, bad sizing, bad customer service stay far away not worth it!!!!”

I ordered 6 items. First of all it arrived after like 6 weeks. Then the order wasn't even complete, 2/6 items were missing!
They wouldn't give me a refund or send my items either, saying the „shippingweight" was correct.
Customerservice is miserable, not helping at all!

“This company is a scam or the company Belle wholesale that sells their clothing. I ordered 116.00 worth of merchandise thru Belle Wholesale, when I received the order the item bags said Chic Me. The clothing was too big so I sent them back to a address that I had to beg them to give me. That took about 2 weeks! I paid an additional 22.00 to have the items shipped back by UPS. I still have not received my refund. Someone is scamming folks and I'm reporting this company and Belle Wholesale for Fraud! I sent back the big clothes, now send back my money. It's been over a month!!”
“I ordered a jumpsuit came in and it was very large I requested a full refund and after three tickets they are still refusing to refund my money and only offered me a 30% refund which is still not an issue to my credit card company. I submitted a ticket for a refund via PayPal as well as a dispute on my credit card company and I am now awaiting the outcome. Do not purchase anything from this website as you will not get a full refund.”

“None of my items fit. I promptly asked for a refund. Customer Service repeatedly ask what did I mean by a refund this went on for weeks, I have screenshots to prove it. Once that was all settled & a refund amount was agreed on, because & I quote, "The items can't be returned keep them & we'll refund". As soon as I agreed on a 50% refund minus shipping after spending close to $250 I was told it's too late...whaaaat, naw it's not too late...especially not too late for me to reach out to the BBB.
