“This company is impossible to contact with regards a refund. Product looks nothing like the picture, cheap, and huge fitting. My product has one sleeve, when you put your hand through the sleeve, there us no opening in the garment to put your hand out. By the time I received my 2 dresses (still in China as of May 9, 2022, and I ordered it April 24, 2022) my weddings that I was supposed to have worn dresses, had passed.
Per my several emails, they still had not responded on Crediting my Account if my 2 dresses did not fit .
By the time I received my dresses, I was shocked!!! Looked like a beginner child in sewing had made them. Very cheap material !
After an unacceptable back and forth emails getting my credit fraud department involved , I finally received a portion of my money back.

My delivery took over 1 month. Items do not bear any resemblance to the items advertised on . Poor quality material and finish.
I brought 2 dresses one was a cold shoulder style and one side had been sewn in correctly so was permanently twisted . The whole top was not symmetrical and the skirt waist band looked like a child had made it .
The other dress fitted at the top but then it's width reduced over the thighs so it was so tight you could walk !! And I have slim thighs due to a medical condition.
There is no invoice with return address so can not send them back !! Company based in China .”

“Purchased several items. None of them fit though I used your sizing chart. Wanted to return them so I could reorder in a larger size. No invoice. Only address was shippers so I took pictures of everything I was returning along with address sent back to and the packaging it was sent in so they would know who sent it requesting a refund. Nothing. Contacted Chicme.com. They said because I sent it to the wrong address I can’t get my money back & hope I understand. There was no other address to send to.”

The third representative came on and said already shipped, disposition changed quickly after my cancellation request and there's alot more but it's a shady company. “They are a bunch of crooks. When you need to return items they will try to discourage you from returning the items and will haggle you to accept 5% or less for your refund. After that I finally got the return address, however, they still won't give me my money back because I couldn't provide the shipping weight because I sent it back USPS priority. USPS doesn't record shipping weight on Priority packages because "if it fits it ships". Never will I ever purchase from them again.”

“Less than 1 star. Very poor customer service. Late arrivals. It's hit or miss if the color is what it says it is (skirt and top set where the shirt was not a rust orange to match but a bright orange that didn't match the skirt). Hit or miss if the fabric and sizing is correct or what is describe. Spent over $200 but by the time I received and could get ahold of someone to return items that didn't fit/wrong color/bad fabric was told it was outside of the 14 day window to return when it took me that long to try and process a return. The return process is so laborious that meaning that it is non existant. Careful of other sites like Boutique Feel. Same problem and seem to be run by the same company or web platform as the rude customer service (same message and signed by someone named Tony also) and return process.”

Second cloths didn’t fit.
Third I emailed them trying to get my refund and they wanted my to keep the close and I only refund me 6.95 vs 76.00.
Fourth I mailed everything back and than they said it wasn’t returned by the two day they told wanted me to mail back.
Fifth Now they are saying they can only give me a credit of 15.00

“My experience so decide for yourself. Purchased clothes online and they arrived much later than advertised. I followed the uk comparison size chart and when the clothes arrived they were 2 sizes too big. The returns department will only send 1 message per day so in 2 weeks of requesting to return the item, I received a message offering a 10% refund, then 25% refund then eventually after 2 weeks I received a message saying a return label would be sent (Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour). I was told that Chicme would deducted £2.85 postage from my total order value for me returning the item. I received the label with a Royal Mail tracking reference. I printed their label and returned it with as instructed. A proof of postage was obtained from the post office and a copy of this was sent to Chicme as requested. As soon as they received proof of postage, Chicme said they would also be deducting an extra £6 for their postage and insurance for sending me the item? Over the next 2 weeks (1 message per day) I challenged this and Chicme refused to refund me the total amount and would not refund any money until I agreed the reduced amount. I paid via Paypal and the resolution team got involved. I provided Paypal with proof of postage and the correspondence between myself and Chicme. Paypal agreed that I was entitled to a full refund due to incorrect description of the clothing size. Paypal sent Chicme this decision and 3 weeks later Chicme has still not responded. I contacted Paypal and was told Chicme has deliberately timed out the resolution procedure in order to close the case. Paypal are now in dispute with Chicme and I have received compensation via buyer protection. Furthermore. Royal Mail have confirmed that the tracking reference and label that Chicme sent is invalid. i.e not paid for my Chicme!!
So. Chicme size chart is not a true comparison of the UK size chart
Chicme will avoid customer correspondence
Chicme will scam customers when returning an item by refusing the reimburse the full value and by sending out an invalid tracking return label and reference, knowing Royal Mail would stop the return.
The quality of the clothing is cheap and you will be lucky to get more than 1 wear out of them.”
