“I would not even give this company one star. I ordered bathing suits from fitforall and ended up getting billed by this company. The offer was made for a $20 discount for any order over $150 which my order qualified. When I ordered my cart showed this qualifying balance but when I submitted the order the $20 discount did not show and I could not return to the invoice page. After contacting customer service I was told that the adjustment would be made after I received the merchandise. All further communication was stopped at that point and all attempts to receive instructions for a return of merchandise went unanswered and emails were not deliverable. This company is a scam and I am out $152.27 plus the order was wrong and the merchandise was not acceptable.”
“The item was waiting to be processed for 16 days. I was told the “popular” item was not in stock- and yet the continued to process orders for it. After the third request by them to be patient I asked for a refund. The communication stopped at that point. I requested refund within that time frame nd only repose I received back several times from Quinn was an offer for partial refund. When I kept reaching out stating I want to return whole order for full refund I got no where. I sent proof of lol chats/refunds and still no return. I will not stop until I get my full refund.”
“Awful company, I ordered a dress for a wedding, they put the incorrect address on for postage and therefore I did not receive it. I asked for a refund and they told me that they won’t refund me over £18 in shipping fees because the address is incorrect. When I pointed out that was their fault the rude rep “Quinn” stated that it’s not her fault “I can’t even put the correct address in”. When I sent her screenshots from their site showing them that it is impossible to put the wrong address in as it asks for a postcode and then MAKES me choose a house number, I still got nowhere. Rather than just admit they were wrong they would rather do this. This is the second time this had happened and I will never order from them again. For anyone who can’t get their money back just go to your bank and complain about the situation and they will refund you the money. Chic me won’t want to challenge banks especially if they know they are wrong”

“DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I spent almost $500 at Chic Me. They told me that they sent two packages to me. Both packages had only 1 dress each in them. I ordered 26 items and got 24. A lady named Lucy tells me to call and complain to the Post Office as if they sent the items. Except the problem is that they told me my items were sent and left in my mailbox. If I would have gotten all 26 items they would not have been able to put the item in the mailbox. ChicMe did not sent my merchandise and then blamed the post office making it hard for me to either get my money back or get the items I bought. DO NOT SHOP HERE.”
