“I’m seeing the same complaint! Maybe if I read these first I would not be out of $100. Their response Was it can’t be refunded because it’s been shipped. It’s been almost 3 months and I still don’t have the items.

“I just received a blouse which I had ordered. It had no resemblance to the one pictured in the Facebook ad. The color, design and quality of the item was terrible. This was a classic misrepresentation of their product. I am requesting a refund for this, and if I do not get it, I will have my credit card dispute it. What a rip-off!”

They didn't want to return it . we went back and fort, they agreed on 40% discount and i agreed on 40% refund. we have been messaging for a month, know they do not want to refund nor giving me 40% off. with this experience i will never purchase anything from this site.”
“I ordered my items on December9,22 I messaged them several times asking where my items were to be told absolutely nothing Then on January 17th I received a message to be told due to the weather it was delayed it took me over a month and a half to get my items that I order for Christmas . I came home from work on the same day on January 17th to received my items but just to be disappointed.. My items were not what I thought they would be one of the pairs of pants that I ordered were not pants they were very thin slickly like leggings that was not stated in the description that seemed stretched out. I ordered a Med I normally wear a small thinking they wear a pair of pants they fit like an xtra large I also ordered a pair of leather pants that were Med I normally wear a small I couldn’t get them over my thighs my 115lb daughter couldn’t even wear then seemed to be maybe youth size didn’t know they sold youth size . On top of that I order a pair of sleeper like shoes they had fake shoes laces that were glued on but the right shoe lace was tore off and barely hanging on it looked and felt like it had been worn and had been return before . I ordered a couple other things as well they were semi okay I messaged customer service to ask to return the 3 out of 5 items for a refund and was told they could give me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I responded how’s that going to work how am I supposed to wear items that don’t fit or wear items that are defective . To get a response that I needed to send pictures of questioned items to prove they don’t fit and that items are defective and then a decision will be made. Over a year ago I ordered just one signal shirt and it took over a month to receive but I figured okay accidents happen so I thought I give them another chance but never again I will just stick with Shein.

“I placed my order on 10/28/2022 and as of today, 1/18/2023 I still have not received my order! Every time I contact them, I get an automated response and can't get a live human. My last correspondence with them through their "chat" messaging center told me they would send a new order, but I haven't received a new tracking number or any further notes and that was 2 weeks ago. I DO NOT recommend, unless you just like throwing away money.”

“THis company ChicMe is a sham and out of China. So i guess you can decide from here. They send me a damaged outfit and refused to to refund me for it. Since it was damaged I offered to return it but at their shipping expense. They do not want to do this. i went back and forth with them for a month and they offered to reimburse me 20% and I keep the item and they since renigged. The outfit I ordered had ink or markers along the shoulder.
THey refuse to do anything plus it took them three months before I even received the item. They are con artists!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHIC ME. THEY SUCK!!! 1/17/22”

“This company is a complete sham.
The quality of the clothes and fitting does not match the quality of the marketing and advertising. It's nothing short of cheap rubbish.
However, the worst part is their customer service; it's shocking. There is an absolute disconnect between customer service and any other operation in the company so updates take days/weeks before anything meaningful is shared. Refunds are also beyond painful as they continually offer you the chance to keep it (give it to a friend was a suggestion) and take 5%, then 10%, then 30%, then 50% off your next order. Total sham.
I wish that there was an opportunity to put 0 stars, they don't even deserve.”
“I ordered on Dec 1st and still haven't received my package! I have contacted the customer service and all I keep getting is the auto response. I needed what I ordered for an event on New Years Eve and had to order something else to wear. I've been requesting a refund and I keep getting the same auto response about be patient.”
“Firstly had no confirmation emails so wasn’t sure if the order would even turn up. Delivery took so long that the clothes turned up later than the event even though ordered well before time. I didn’t open them when they arrived as it was too late, I have since and they are thin and poor quality, nothing like the photos so I’m glad I didn’t rely on them anyway. Parcel delivered on 22/12, right over Christmas and new year. I asked to return the package this week and was told no because 14 days is up. Considering it was Christmas and New year I am disappointed in the service provided, most places offer extended time for returns and I was only a couple of days over the two weeks anyway. However I was told no I cannot return, so now I’m left with these awful clothes that I’d never wear due to the quality of them. Poor customer service and relations and really disappointed overall.”
