“Clothes are absolute cheap garbage. Do not believe their “easy return policy” they give you the run around trying to get out of giving you the refund. The policy says that if you contact them within 14 days (contacted them the day of delivery) after delivery you can get a refund, then they go back and forth with messages trying to offer discounts to keep the clothes that are absolutely garbage. Once they finally gave in and say, you can mail them back at your own cost, they will give you a refund, but they don’t, more run arounds. So once you mail them the product, get a tracking receipt for it, they say you took too long to send it back (7 days after they ok’d the return and gave an address) they will not give you your money back. So they will have their product back and have kept your money. Buyer beware!!!! not worth the hassle.”
“This company is a sham. The quality of the shoes are a joke. One shoe was overly wide, the other ??? It took weeks for the shoes to arrive and they had the quality of a piece of ----. I looked at returning, but their return policy is far from their quote at time of order. Return within 60 days, no questions asked. They should be barred from advertising and selling in the United States.”

Companies like "Chic Me" take your money and either you have to wait a lifetime to get your product you ordered or not get it at all. I placed and order for a pair of shoes at the end of April. Once you purchase items it will take about three weeks to a month to receive your purchase. When you finally receive your items picture them all in polyester and not the good material. It's all cheap looking and most of the items didn't fit right.
Now here's the tricky part, requesting a refund or exchange. It's a back and forth process that they do NOT want to honor. They will offer 10% discount and then a lil more, but it's a true fight to get a return, so pull up your sleeves and get ready. After all of that your out of shipping both ways about $30-40. I took a loss what a hassle and still no outfits 😡”

“I ordered from the website and received my items on April 7. I had had surgery on April 5 on my shoulder and was unable to try the clothing on when I received it. I tried the clothing on a few weeks later, when I was able to move my arm and realized that the two shirts were too small. I reached out to customer service only to exchange, the two tops and was told that I couldn’t exchange it because they only give 14 days. I explain to them multiple times my situation with surgery and reiterated that I didn’t want to refund, only an exchange. They continue to offer me five dollars or $10 off my next order, but refused to exchange the tops , I will never order from them again because Customer Service is a top priority, and they couldn’t make an exception, knowing that I had had surgery. I realize for me that good customer service is better than anything else and they definitely don’t have it!”
“I placed a order In April 2023 a dress l wanted for Mother's day l received a email that it shipped out on May 5th, 2023. I still have not received the dress. I have called the company several times the line is always busy and l have sent emails that no one reply back to.”

“Well, what went wrong is 1. I ordered some items and it took 3+ weeks before it said delivered. Tried to get it cancelled because the event I ordered the items had passed. 2. Although it says delivered, the items were not received, and customer service is no help. I wouldn't recommend. I know others might've had better experiences, but mines was a disappointment.”

Customer service told me order is in back order and should be shipped in 1-3 days, that’s been a week now. This is a scam stay away from them shein is way better.
