“This is messed. I've ordered through chicken me b4. It's been a month and all of my items are " stuck in awaiting packaging ". When I inquired about it, I had an odimated response came bk. No actual contact and you will get the same response over n over. I will never go through chic me again. Saying half my order is in stock. All of the things I ordered are still in stock on their site. In my size .. I'm frustrated. Never again”
“Placed an order. Maybe about a month later I realized I didn’t receive my order. I then had to send about three emails in order for a response. To where I never got a straight answer back in regards to where my order was. Later on the day, I received an email stating my my package with now soon be delivered. At that point I want to go to track my package and there was no status update.. the following day I want to check no status update. The third day I want to check and it said please be patient. Your package is being prepared. Once I receive the package, I want to try everything on and it was way too large. No I ordered what would normally be my regular size but it seems like this company clothing runs off size. Same day as delivery I tried on the clothes and I went to request a refund to submit the clothing back. The customer service is really terrible. I sent an email informing CHIC ME that the clothing or two large and I would like to send them back in. Someone there responded back to me, asking me for the information that I already provided in my initial email such as the order number and the items and i inquired about a return address. I once again provided this information . Someone then responded back the following day, trying to bribe me of keeping the clothing telling me that it will cost me more to send back, then just to keep the clothing. I politely inform them that the clothes away too big, and I would prefer to get a refund or to be able to just simply exchange the items for the correct size. I got a response back the following day saying please keep the clothing and we will often 30% which I declined. I received an email the following day stating keep the clothing & we will give you 40% back which I declined. At this point, I’m irritable because this is the first time I’ve given this site try and experience so far has been unbearable. I once again asked for a return address which I’ve asked for four times at this point. I was done informed again. They suggest that I have really keep the clothing and take the bribe. I strongly suggested to them that they give me the return address so I can return the clothing that are way too large. My total for everything was about $93 $94. Once I provided sheet me with the receipt from the Postal Service along with the tracking number and the week that they requested, I was told that I will be receiving about $75 $76 back. At that point I didn’t even question it because I just wanted to be 100% done with this company. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced in life online shopping wise I’m not even a review type of woman but I could not let this one just go. If I can prevent anyone else from going through this experience I will. A waste of time. I would have preferred for them to at least offered to exchange the clothing for the correct size, but that wasn’t even an option.”

To keep clothes you don’t want. Then keeping messaging until they let your time expire to return. I believe that’s their strategy. They offered 10% to 30% coupon then once expired Sat can give $5 coupon. Are you serious. Besides the products are cheap & thin n inconsistent in sizing!! Not a reputable company.”

“And Order#: 01012450569- I have requested cancellation on order in the processing mode but Chicme goes back and forth until the order ships. Instead of cancelling or requesting a return label, they delay the return so the customer doesn’t get the return to them within 14 days.
Initially, first order smell so bad I had to send them to the cleaners and pay for them. So they offered a discount several times then suggest the customer keep it to give the items to return as a gift. There are representatives name Miles and Katrina that is very deceitful and unethical customer service practices. Due to them, their delay tactics allows orders to go from processing to shipped or returns cannot be process within their 14 days.”

I contacted the company for a return the same day I received the shipment it took 2 days to receive a response and when the offered me 10% return. I said no just want to return. They went back and forth in increasing the percentage but took days in between to respond then finally they said it's past the 14 day return policy. Can't help you no return or any money back. “Firstly, I only found out after the fact that these products came from China. Had I known before hand I would not have wasted my time. The site is pure trickery.
Secondly, false advertising. The material in the pictures looks more quality than it is in real life. Very deceptive. Cheap cheap low grade trash material. See through, thin and flimsy.
Thirdly, not true to sizing. I ordered shorts in XL and the shorts fit but the buckle around the thigh was sewed in backwards and it did not even remotely fit my thigh. Sizing should be true all around. Not XL shorts but then small belt to accompany. For a set, the shirt was too small and uneven and the shorts were to big and look awkward on. Another set just looks absolutely clownish and isn't wearable period.
Fourthly, shipping took almost a month and the only reason it came that soon is because I called them to ask what was going on as if just kept sitting at the warehouse. They then told me some things were out of stock however when I ordered it said in stock. And no one contacted me to let me know it just sat there not moving.
Fifty, return policy is absolute garbage. You have to pay for return and I heard it's very hard to get a refund.
Sixty, poor packaging. It came in a huge bag plopped on my step, not in a box. I spent over $475.00CDN, now regretting it and will never ever buy from them again and I will tell everyone about my experience.”

I complained to chic me and was told to file a complaint with post office and get a complaint number so I did. Then chic me stated they will not refund me because the post office lost my package and they offered me a 10 dollar coupon. “This is a honest review. DI NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I waited about 2 MONTHS for my items that cost $139,00 dollars, they were the cheapest materials that I've ever seen. It's bad enough you have to wait soo long to get your packages, only for the items to be of poor quality. The tye dye purse was the size suitable for a 2 years old.
