“I need to return item because it’s just way to big. I was offered 5.00 in a coupon and keep item. No this is not an option, I want to return and get my money back”
“Very hard to get a refund .. had to send a request for a refund at least 4 times which took a week for them to respond. Which is the biggest issue with a 14 day refund policy.”
