I contacted customer service to advise I needed to return items and I was offered a 10% refund and keep the items. I told them I did not want to keep the items I wanted my money back so then I was offered a 20% refund. I declined that and said the items did not work for me I would like my money back I was offered a 50% refund I do not want the items I want my money back and it doesn’t seem like that’s gonna happen.”
