“I returned two items and still no refund. Theu confirmed they have it. They ignore emails and don’t answer the phones. Replied to me on TikTok telling me to email but then ignore you when you do. I am so tired of it. I’m exhausted with fighting. They now owe me £111. I have cancer and on chemo. Ordered the dresses for a charity event I was going to. Have to order something else and spend more money. I don’t know how they get away with it. The should be ashamed”

“No refund given. Spent £60 on a dress that tore down the sides as I wore it. Im a size 8 and bought a size 10 so there would be plenty of space for dancing in at a wedding. So embarrassed that the dress I chose to wear split down both sides due to the obviously cheap quality. I was told to return the dress which I did at the beginning of July. No response to emails since returning it and receiving confirmation they received it, and specifically no refund to this day. They are an appalling company. Dont be fooled by the glamour of their website. Cheap dresses, appalling customer service. Disgraceful pathetic company.”

Atrocious customer service and business in general, they sent me an item that was ripped in half on the back, and now after countless emails and them telling me I will receive my refund in 28 business days, It's been way over a month, guess what? They stopped replying to my emails and I did NOT receive my refund to this day. Also clothing quality is really cheap, STAY AWAY!”

Will never buy from this company again absolutely disgusting customer services . Sent another 6 emails chasing no reply and no one ever answers the phone .”

Plenty of other businesses to choose from who understand customer service.
Item had been delivered to them over a week before they acknowledged they got it.

“I ordered a dress which I returned and received confirmation on the 4th July they received it in the warehouse. 48 days later I am still waiting on a refund! I have sent them a number of emails and at first they did reply apologising saying they would issue the refund as soon as possible but now they just ignore my emails. I have messaged them on social media but still no response and I am quickly seeing that this is what this company do as there are lots of people not receiving refunds. Do not order from them!
