“The bottles are quite handsome and so easy to use. But the sending wasn't that nice. The parcel came with hermes and I wasn't at home. So I called to ask that they deliver it the next day to a "Paketshop" and they told me that they are not allowed to do this because you had it prohibited. I think it would be much easier for your customers if you would allow Hermes to deliver your parcels also to a parcelshop!!!”

“cold drinks will last more than 24 hrs in their consistence (coldness) what is very helpful in summer time! I am glad about Chilly bottle because it is not made of plastic, that's the most important reason!!!”
