“the size is too small, Water can hardly fit because the bottle cap. too expensive”

“Die Öffnung ist zu groß um direkt daraus zu trinken. Schon nach wenigen Stunden im Auto ist das Wasser merklich aufgeheizt. Ich hatte erwartet, dass die Getränke wenigstens 5 bis 6 Stunden kühl bleiben. Dafür ust der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.”

“I checked with customer service if I could put other liquids in this besides water, and they replied yes, as long as I cleaned it properly afterwards. So I used it to keep my redbull nice and cold which it definitely did, and I washed it after and soaked it in washing up liquid but now everytime I drink out of it all I can taste is redbull. I would never have tried it if I had not previously been assured I could. Also even washing very gentle has caused it to get scratched.”

“Ho provato la bottiglia oggi in spiaggia. Perfetta, tiene l'acqua fresca tutto il giorno, ma quando sono rientrata a casa ho notato che PERDE ACQUA! Il tappo è ben stretto eppure messa a testa in giù l'acqua esce fuori. Non so se si può trattare del mio modello difettoso. Peccato. C'è una soluzione?”

“2 weeks have now gone by since ordering my 3 Chilli bottles and they still have not arrived. I have advised the company who are looking into the issue with the courier. Slow response to the issue. Hope to get it sorted soon!!!”

“1. Expensive thought I would purchase two of the Chilly Ice Makers to solve my too large ice cube problem and a friends, to whom I had gifted a bottle. 2. My bottle which is the smallest the cubes are too long to disappear into the bottle one cube length touches the bottom and then fills the neck opening, back to square one. 3. The mould are too flimsy when full of water it's difficult to not spill water onto the floor on the journey to the freezer, and worst still in the freezer compartment, when trying to place. I cannot recommend”

“I like the concept of the bottles & have bought several but have been disappointed that the matt versions have got very scratched on just a few occasions of use. Had I known they were that vulnerable I wouldn't have bought them in that finish. Customer services were not helpful when I raised the issue”

“Good Morning. Thank you for your email asking my opinion about the product. I honestly have not been satisfied. The bottle does not keep the cold liquid for long (with ice inside), although the warm-up time is less than any bottle, it is not true that it lasts all day cold. On the other hand, the smell of metal that gives off the bottle when it comes to drinking water, is quite strong. As unpleasant. My final decision was to put the bottle Chilly's on a table, adornment, because that if, it is pretty in appearance. A cordial greeting and I hope to improve the product through its manufacturers. Thank you.”

“The bottles look cool but appear to have no thermal qualities at all. Ice cubes and slushy icy drinks are both room temperature within 2-3 hours. Very far from staying cool for 24hrs, an obviously false claim.”

“Product looks great, functions well, but the paint flecks off really easily, and chillys seemed not that fussed. As always, Amazon service to resolve was fantastic, but for any type of sports related activity, these bottles aren't robust enough...”

“Really unhappy with the quality of the pastel bottle, I have bought two of the limited edition bottles with no problem, but the pastel green one I have just purchased is all scratched and scuffed within two days of using it, even when great care has been taken and stored correctly.”
