“Thanks for the fast change of my bottle in rosegold, but the new one was also getting ugly after using it 2 times... I think it´s a problem of the material outside. Once again - thanks for changing, this was very kind, but... :-( Greetings from Austria! Dr. Daniela Poglitsch”

“Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality. On the bottle, the rosé-coating is dissolved already after the first washing before use. In addition, something is stuck or detached on the inside of the upper bottle neck. It keeps cool but the outward appearance disappoints. I can not recommend this product.”

“Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe bei Ihnen am 05.07.2017 eine rote Chillybottles bestellt. Das Produkt wurde per PayPal von mir direkt bezahlt. Nachdem bis Anfang August kein Produkt bei mir angekommen war - und ich auch keine Versandnachricht erhalten habe - habe ich den Käuferschutz von PayPal eingesetzt und um Klärung gebeten. Der Kaufvertrag wurde rückabgewickelt. Ich habe den Betrag von PayPal erstattet bekommen. Nun bin ich äußerst überrascht, den bestellten Artikel am 18.08.2017 nun doch erhalten zu haben. Bitte teilemn Sie mir mit, wie wir nun verfahren wollen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Brigitte Körbler”

“The design is nice, the bottles are good looking, but they absolutely NOT keep fluids cold for 24 hours, maybe for 4-5. That's a huge diiference.”

“First, sorry for answering so late, but I've been away. There was a problem with my order EU25672S, and as you can see, I wanted a 500ml SILVER bottle, and I received a black one. In the delivery note comes as a silver bottle, but you can check the photo for the error. So, I wanted to ask what the system is for me to send the correct one and return this, at no cost to me, obviously. Being all for now, I await a reply. Regards, Concha Yáñez”

“The bottle is perfect respect the water temperature. Nevertheless, in two days, the outside part was seriously damaged...it is full is scars...and now it is not so beautiful.”

“Like the product if a bit pricey (I got the 750ml for £25). Downside was the delivery time - stated as being 2-3 wkg days so ordered on Sun to arrive min Wed for me going away Fri. Delivered Fri (while away) and put in my bin, not there on my return. Waited another week to receive the replacement.”
