“Bottle was dented. The packaging was fine, which would indicate it was damaged as manufactoring stage. Very poor. Didn't bother sending it back because of the time it would take and i needed it for a trip. Nethertheless, it was not acceptable.”

“Unfortunately the packagIng was quite inadequate and the bottle arrived with a big dwnt in it - it was for my daughter and I haven't the heart to give it to her in this condition so it is in a cupboard unused.”

“The bottle is a beautifulshape and a perfect size for a handbag. However, I have tried using it with both hot and cold drinks and both resulted in the same problem - the drinks taste metallic. I have thoroughly washed the bottle, soaked it, everything, but I can't get rid of the metallic taste. I am so disappointed.”

“Husband loved the look however it did not stay cold as expected after a couple of hours and that was with ice in. Felt like I wasted my money on a brand that didn't live up to expectations.”

“Pastel edition was marked on arrival, even when carried around in my bag it marks and there is nothing in my bag to mark it. Does keep drinks cold. The pink and silver bottles from the original range are great.”

“I bought this product for the purpose of keeping my drinks cold - which you said would been maintained for 24 hours. I found that after leaving a cold drink in the bottle overnight, I woke up to a lukewarm bottle of water. I am extremely unimpressed considering the price I paid and feel as though a normal plastic bottle would have kept the drink as cold. The lid also has an annoying squeak whenever I open or close it.”

“I ordered the Pastel Collection for my daughters for Christmas, but every time they somehow touch the bottles, they have scratches, which makes them very unhappy about it, cause they are new!!!! And only 2 weeks old and not even used often. I have pics of needed.”

“Disappointed at the length of time it keeps drinks hot - no better than a thermos flask. Boiling water in the morning only warm at lunchtime (6 hours). Nice looking bottle but nothing special :(”

“Failed to keep drinks hot or cold, inner lining transfers heat or cold (which ever you have in the bottle) to outer lining. Waste of money.”
