“The bottle looks beautiful, and the water is ice cold, as promised... however the paint used is nowhere near resilient enough for a daily water bottle. It was scratched and chipped within the first weeks use - even scratching off on my bike's bottle holder. It looks much-loved, and I guess I do like it, but I think the price is outrageous when you're paying for a thing of beauty and the beauty is so fleeting.”

“I received my first Chilly bottle recently and there was some slight markings on the inside of the neck of the bottle. I emailed a photo of this to customer services to ask what it was, and without prompt they simply said they would send a replacement bottle and not to worry about returning the one with the marks! The 'faulty' one is still perfectly usable and now I can have one in my car and one in my bag. Incidentally - I left one in my car on a rare blazing hot day in the UK when the temp was around 30 degrees. When I returned early afternoon I was stunned that the water was still very chilly! I love this product and have recommended them to my family & friends!”

“This bottle is fabulous. We brought ours to Florida. 95 degrees every day. Despite the heat in the theme parks this bottle kept our water freezing cold. Would definitely recommend.”

“I brought the pink flamingo bottle and I love it. I brought it last minute to take on holiday and it arrived just in time. It's brilliant to fill with cold water and take to the beach or down by the pool, everyone else paying for plastic bottles of water which went warm in half hour. I love it and it looks stylish.”

“They work very well at keeping the water cool over a long period of time which is very important to us living in Southern Spain where it is always hot. Don't know if you could call a water bottle stylish but these are pretty stylish and very well made.”
