“Bottle works well but the paint chips really easily so quickly starts to look poor.”

“Looks great. Lovely packaging. Put cold water in. Put it in fridge overnight but didn't think it was exceptionally cold when I went to drink few hours later. What am I doing wrong?”

Hello, Thanks for your review. You should not put your Chilly's Bottle in the fridge as this will not do anything to your water due to the double-wall vacuum technology. For best results fill your Chilly's Bottle with ice and then fill with fridge chilled water. Let us know if you have any other questions. “Die Lackierung der schwarzen Flasche ist sehr schlecht. Es sind Fehler / huckel darsuf - das stört :-( und ich bin traurig darüber. Enttäuschend. Die andere Flasche ist in Ordnung und sehr schön.”

“Having high expectations for my purchase of a 500ml cold drinks container I am rather upset as to the bottle in question most certainly DID NOT keep my home blended juice cold all day! The juice was fridges over night before placing in the container, my juice stayed cold for approx 6Hrs NOT 24HRS as I was expecting according to the attached label that clearly stated keeps drinks cold for up to 24 Hrs! ????”

“The bottle is beautiful but it has nowhere to attach to a rucksack or belt. Would be handy whether in the lid of on the body of the bottle.”

“Not as I expected as I wanted it to keep milk cool as I go not have a fridge at work I've tried keeping it in fridge overnight with water in but milk seems to smell halfway through the day”

“I bought this bottle as a present for my husband as he drives all day and usually takes a flask with him. We were both thrilled when it arrived! It looks fab. Really stylish. My husband only uses it for hot drinks i.e. Tea/Coffee and although it does keep his drink hot all morning, apparently it is only warm...ish by the afternoon. Shame as he loves the look and feel of it and will certainly carry on using it!”

“Hi, Unfortunately the bottle I received had a faulty lid which did not screw on straight and leaked on the first time of using. I contacted you for a refund and your customer service was excellent - quick response offering a replacement lid or refund. Whilst I was not overall impressed with the product, I thought the service was great and am sure that mine was just a one-off.”

“I am rather disappointed about the big hype that has been put into promoting this very stylish, great looking design. Up to 18 hours hot? Very disappointing that after about 8 hours it was just pleasant warm. I would have never paid such incredible price, had I known liquids don't stay as hot as long as being advertised. My old design thermos, which I have already for 25 years, keeps the same hours of heat. I have yet not tried the ice cold claim.”
