“The Chilly Bottle was exactly what I was looking for, very stylish and a lovely funky colour. Wanted it in blue but was out of stock so ordered the red instead. Red was a good second choice colour and I was very happy with the choice. The bottle is large, comfortable to hold and carry around. Very satisfied and will certainly recommend.”

“We bought the small bottle to put milk in for a overnight journey, we used some of it that evening and the next morning it hadn't gone off as normal, it was still cold.”

“I still haven't received the bottle even though it was ordered on 22 Nov and it is now 9 Dec! I have emailed 'customer services' many times and have been told they are trying to track the whereabouts of the bottle with the courier. I have asked for a replacement bottle to be sent out as I paid for the item over two weeks ago but it doesn't seem you want to do this! Very very poor customer service.”

“Just knew the product would be good because the customer service was wonderful. On opening the lovely box the bottle came in it did indeed make me smile. Already ordered twice and think a third is on the cards. Thankyou Chilly's Bottles. A pleasure to deal with.”

“My bottle was received with a dent in it! However, an email expressing my disbelief that a dented bottle had been sent out and a photo of the dent resulted in quick receipt of a replacement bottle. No need to return the damaged bottle. Good result to the problem but the problem should not have happened!”
