“Really pleased with my shiny new bottles - bought 2, one for hot drinks, one for cold. They both work wonderfully, keeping really hot and nice and cold. Looks good too. Doesn't give the water a nasty taste like plastic bottles do. Would definitely recommend.”

“We took our brand new chilly bottles on holiday to Bali, we filled them with water out of the fridge and still got icy cold water hours later, definitely recommended for holidays”

“The bottles are very good looking, however, the thermal insulation is not that good. The steel in the screw-top (with a high conductivity rate) causes a fast heat loss/gain.”

“Perfect customer service. My bottle arrived dented so I alerted Customer Services and they very quickly sent a replacement. No fuss, no hassle. Very impressed with both the item which keeps my drink cold for 12 hours, and also the excellent customer service.”
