“Really pleased with my shiny new bottles - bought 2, one for hot drinks, one for cold. They both work wonderfully, keeping really hot and nice and cold. Looks good too. Doesn't give the water a nasty taste like plastic bottles do. Would definitely recommend.”

“Perfect customer service. My bottle arrived dented so I alerted Customer Services and they very quickly sent a replacement. No fuss, no hassle. Very impressed with both the item which keeps my drink cold for 12 hours, and also the excellent customer service.”
