"Gifted a Series 2 500ml bottle and the 340ml coffee container.\r\n\r\nBoth items are super easy to clean and look vibrant. \r\n\r\nThe series 2 is preferred over my series 1 as the newly designed collar is perfect to drink from (much better then metal against your teeth or lips).\r\nNo issues so far with leaking or the collar unscrewing (no need to over tighten the collar to the lid). \r\n\r\nWould recommend as I did for my series 1 to family and friends. Bought my wife a Series 2 bottle and Series 2 coffee cup as a gift set too!"

"I bought a chilly 2 coffee cup after a couple of weeks the tabs that hold the disc on broke, I got a replacement and now it has broken again, I am always careful and line the holes up before separating the 2 parts. It\u2019s a very poor design as these have to be taken apart to clean them. I\u2019m very disappointed and would find it difficult to recommend this model of coffee mug to anyone"

"Ordered a series 2 bottle and coffee cup and then saw these reviews and thought what have I done, especially the coffee cup and the leaking issue.\nI needn't have worried. The coffee cup doesn't leak for me and keeps my drinks hot for about 2 1\/2 to 3 hours with the hole open. The top Tis quite stiff before you put a hot drink in it but i was warned about this. They also feel nicer in the hand than the Sho bottles. The only criticism was the box they were packaged in. It was very thin and was partially open also a small dent in the water-bottle lid but it is a small dent and I can live with it.\nI have since ordered another coffee cup for my husband."

I was really excited about my\npersonalized chilly's cup series 2..i love the texture and the color i chose plus the engraved name on it. it doesn't spill and no leakage on any sides. however, upon my first usage noticed how the temperature immediately dropped - way different from the 4 hours as said on advertisements. i less than 30 minutes, my suppossedly hot drink is already warm. ..disappointing though.. ..if only i could send it back for the company\/management to check on the insulation\/maybe any damages on my cup i would definitely do so just to make use of this purchase......"

"Recently purchased a Series 2 Coffee Cup, I really wish I had read all of the reviews below. This design looks good on screen but is definitely flawed. I think everyone is blinded by the marketing behind this. A coffee cup should not leak like this, what a waste of money. Do not purchase this coffee cup."

"I ordered two bottles on there paying \u00a360. One of the bottles is a completely different colour to the one on their website. They fobbed me off saying that it is the same and that they cant help what it looks like on my monitor. However, i viewed it on many monitors to rule this out and explained this to them. They wouldn't offer a exchange, wanted me to pay for returns despite it going against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 selling an item not as described, there should be no further cost to myself to resolve this. The person dealing with my case 'Holly' was rude and had the audacity to say she was thankful that i received the correct colour, you can judge for yourself with the photos attached whether it is the same or not..... I am never buying from Chilly bottles again and wouldn't recommend them due to their deceiving products they sell as well as the support they provide to customers buying their overpriced bottles, it is truly shameful. "
