“Hoy por hoy, la botella perfecta: - Mantiene el agua fría durante 24h reales. - No añade sabores al agua. - No pesa nada vacía. - El color es precioso, tenemos una roja y otra morada, ambas muy chulas. Como fallo, quizá en envío es algo lento.”

“I absolutely love Chilly Bottles! I startet out with the original red one, but subsequently bought a lovely rose chrome one for my friend. I liked it so much I also bought one for myself. And I bought lovely pink and purple pastel bottles for my kids. This bottle is perfect in every way. My water stays icy cold, and it's 100% leak proof. I will continu buying more Chilly bottles, because they're THAT good and make wonderful gift. What would make a great addition is a sports bottle cap. I like to take my bottle to work and the gym.”

“I don't receive the good bottle cap. I asked black and I receive Grey metal. But very good product. I'm a little bit disappointed.”

“You made me really happy with the product you delivered , but I have to say the service you provide is excellent!. My Chilly's bottle was slightly damaged in transit and you didn't hesitate to replace the item promptly. “Being pregnant has lead to some pretty strange likes and dislikes, one being my drinks have to be ice cold. I pop a couple of ice cubes in in the morning, and they're still there when I finish my drink in the afternoon-perfection!”

“The products (we ordered 3 bottles) were good but the service and quality control needs to improve. Our experience was that (a) the three bottles were delivered to the wrong address and (b) a top to one of the bottles was faulty making the bottle useless. It was replaced quickly albeit with the wrong colour (black as opposed to stainless steel) which we can live with.”
