“The first bottle I ordered went missing but the customer service team was fantastic at sending out a new one next day delivery. The bottle itself is beautiful such a lovely colour. Scratches very easily though so will have to be careful when I throw it into my handbag but worth every penny. LOVE IT!”

“The bottle is on the way back to you. After first time using the whole water went in my bag so that all my school books are now wet. I send it back in order to change in a functional bottle or send the money back to pay pal if you are not able to change. Last information: returning to you is very expensive, more than 10€. And I am not returning why I don't like the bottle. I send it because of a fault”

“As a breast cancer survivor I'm acutely aware of the health risks associated with plastic water bottles. I treated myself and my son who used to take plastic water bottles to work every day. He works out and about, in schools and youth centres engaging children in sport and loves having fresh cold water to hand, even towards the end of his day! My daughter will be the next family member to get one and has already picked her colour!”
