“The bottle is a beautifulshape and a perfect size for a handbag. However, I have tried using it with both hot and cold drinks and both resulted in the same problem - the drinks taste metallic. I have thoroughly washed the bottle, soaked it, everything, but I can't get rid of the metallic taste. I am so disappointed.”

“Still waiting for my bottle, 18 days after ordered it. I must say that I'm very unhappy with the shipping service and the poor post-sales support. I had never suffered so many problems receiving a package, in any of the many online purchases I made on other websites. I've contacted with support, they only response my once and have not helped me. I am very disappointed with the service.”

“My daughter lover her purple bottle, she has recently broken two plastic bottles so this was the perfect gift for her. I'm looking forward to using mine bottle during the summer bowls season when water always gets warm.”

“The quest for a good quality bottle to keep the milk cold when on days out lead me to the Chilly Bottle website, A tough, neat looking bottle was purchased, which has done exactly what was required, I didn't at first think my friend would use the bottle as she found it attractive and maybe to good to use, but thankfully she allowed its use, and as said its done the job .........”
