“I wish I could give this zero stars! I ordered 6 items with a mix of clothes and shoes back on November 3. I have emailed them 3 times to see where my order is and all they say is sorry to hear that you will be receiving your order shortly blah blah blah. I finally got my order Tuesday evening to only find 2 pairs of jeans out of my entire order! I am so frustrated! At this point all I want now is my money back! I’ve threatened them with a final email and I’m hoping that they give me my money back! Don’t buy from a company that does not have a contact phone number! GARBAGE!!!”

“On November 9th I ordered a pair of boots for my Mother for Christmas. I thought, even if they were coming from overseas they would still make it in time. The website says to allow 10 days for shipping and sometimes on other reviews I saw allow up to 25 days. It has now been 42 days and I have not only not received the boots I ordered I have not received a tracking number. I have emailed the company multiple times to get a tracking number. They refuse to give it to me. They have responded three times each time with a different shipping excuse. One time they claimed not to have the information because they had already shipped. They then asked me to wait, so I did. The second email basically said the same thing and the third said that they believe them to be held up in customs. Still no tracking number. They did offer me a 20% off coupon, which at this point is pointless because I have no reason to ever purchase from them again. All I want is a tracking number so I can visibly see it has actually been shipped and keep up with it. At this point my Mother will not have a Christmas present from us this year and that is extremely frustrating. Please be aware when ordering from them. You may or may not get the item purchased. I am hoping they will finally make it in but I am skeptical due to the nature of the communication and lack of tracking information.”
“Absolute garbage. Ordered a month ago with a promise that all orders would ship within 2 days. Have been sent multiple tracking options, none of which work. Tonight got an email saying my order has shipped. Tracking still doesn’t work. Don’t do it!!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! On a scale from 1-10 I would give it a 0 if i could. It is a scam and they will take your money and you'll never see what you purchased. I ordered a pair of boots on Nov 1 for a trip I was taking, and it has now been 6 weeks and I am still being told that my package is on the way. I have demanded refunds because 1) this is the MOST ridiculous service I have received and 2) my trip has already passed and I don't even want the boots any more. They refuse to refund me but were happy to take my money before the shoes even shipped. I will never see those boots. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!”
