“This company lacks in ethical practice.
To begin the lab portion and visit with the provider was good...I felt like it was thorough and had valid explanations. After that it was all downhill. Prescriptions took almost 20 days to arrive. I needed to reach out and get things explained and they didn't respond to my first email and when I sent a second email they stated that someone had reached out and that it was"unread" by me and likely in my spam folder. No message was ever found and I did check my spam. My husband has had the hardest time getting in contact with them for answers regarding prescriptions as well. When we did sign up to get medicine through them we were told all prescriptions were for the next 90 days, then we were required to pay $400 for our next set of labs (upfront). We said ok- let's give it a shot. Only to find out the trizepitide was ONE MONTH SUPPLY after the fact. Not one provider or message conveyed this. And this company charges 3x as much as ANY other online provider for COMPOUNDED trizepitide. Literally $799 for a ONE MONTH supply. We never would have agreed to pay $799 for ONE month when you can go literally ANYWHERE online and get it 1/3 of that cost. I even inquired at one point if they ship all 3 vials at once or if they come once a month and was told "they ship once a month". Not one person told us it was $799 Per month for compounded trizepitide. You can go on Eli Lilly and buy directly from them cheaper. Absolutely abominable. This company is a waste of 1,000's of dollars for slow shipping (extremely slow imo), terrible customer service and you will pay nearly 3x as much for the same medication you can get literally anywhere else. We are canceling IMMEDIATELY. Be very very weary. Read comments and so your own research. We were "influenced" to use this company and have so much regret.”
“I used Joi and Blokes at the recommendation of a friend and had a very poor experience. At first it was fine, just somewhat frustrating that they ordered labs that I paid nearly $1k out of pocket for and then couldn't get me a Zoom appointment to talk to a doctor about the results for a full month. Many of the levels in my labs were out of a healthy range and it was anxiety-provoking to have no answers for so long. When i did have the appointment I liked my doctor but she said the lab results were given to me with the wrong indications of what the healthy and unhealty ranges for my age and gender are, so actually most of my levels were fine. That seemed strange and not very responsible.
The real issues started once I received my medications though (which also took weeks to arrive.) They arrived with no instructions, and some with differing dosages than what was in the email from my doctor. I tried to get help but emails with them were the only option and they were not sufficient. There wasn't even a pharmacist I could call or go visit. I've never injected myself before and had questions about how to do it. They sent me a 30 second video with instructions about where to do the injection but not much else. It turns out that for several weeks I overdosed myself by 10x the prescribed dosage which caused a cascade of health/ hormone balance problems for two months afterward. I felt very un-tended by them through this whole process so I found another doctor and cancelled my subscription. It really felt on the verge of malpractice.”
“After contacting Blokes to create customized supplements and undergoing a comprehensive panel, I had a meeting with what I believe was an NP, but she had minimal knowledge in the field and said someone would be contacting me to review a program. No one has reached out, so I paid an inflated price for blood work that I already have, and a meeting with an Advisor who was fairly inept in the field. Far better options out there.”
“I wish I could give zero stars. After waiting weeks to get an appointment, I was basically told there’s nothing to be done if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding and all my labs would have been skewed. Which was NEVER mentioned to me and I checked that box in my intake questionnaire. So why wouldn’t you tell me that before I spent all the money. Jennifer the NP was completely rude and dismissive. Gave me no information whatsoever. I’m so mad. This was a complete ripoff.”
“This service is not as great as advertised.
They don't give you your actual levels in numbers - they send you like a slider graph of low, medium, and high - so I had to get a secondary blood test so my doctor knew exactly what the numbers were to see if there was something wrong. We reran all the tests that had indicated "high" and I was over by like 1 or 2 points - not enough to do anything. So I wasted all this time and money on a test that showed me I was basically fine.”
“They charged me then never sent the product, nor provided any confirmation or shipping info. My repeated requests to customer service went unanswered and I eventually had to get my credit card provider to contact them for a refund.”
“AVOID!!! Awful! I paid my lab fee and got my results back. I can get the prescribed medications for much less and yet they refused to give me a prescription so I can go somewhere else! The rep Nick gave me the run around and said they only will give out prescriptions to pharmacies they have vetted and work that are in compliance with state laws with not Costco (which is in full compliance with all state & federal laws). I’m filing a complaint with the state of Colorado!”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. The zoom care was sub-par. I was talked into going on tirzepatide and then not given any, I mean zero, instructions on how much to inject and on how to inject. When I sent an email asking for help, I just got a number of what to start at and a link to a YouTube video for injecting that didn't match the meds I had. No follow up for 2 months, no checking on me, no tips, nothing. These people are a menace.”
“When I first used them, yes, I paid for the overpriced vitamins & hormones, but the worst part was when I actually needed nausea meds Associates’s with tirzepatide and the response time was AWFUL and many times non-existent. Placed an order for tirzepatide again to lose a pesky 5 pounds and was told my BMI was at a point that I’d need to clear with a doc … BMI under 25… I don’t have time nor desire to visit a doc. So they’ve told me that they cannot refund my money. Money can ALWAYS be refunded if product or service has not been received. Paid around $650 for tirzepatide I’ll never receive …. So, really I just want my money back - not overpriced hormones or vitamins!”
“The tablets I received did not look at all like what is pictured. I’m told they have oxytocin and one other compound but not the bee-whatever is shown on the ad I tried it twice and felt absolutely zero effect, even though I can feel effects from even OTC supplements. I spent $144 on these completely useless things and when I reached out was offered a face cream as a consolation.”
“Wish there wasn’t a one star minimum. Staff is very attentive up until you have paid. Once they get their money it is radio silence. I chose them to try semaglutide and trizepitide and could not recommend more strongly that you go elsewhere. Their products come from a compound pharmacy and are extremely overpriced. I did three months of semaglutide and after seeing no results I switched to trizepitide for another three months. After six months and $2k I have still not lost a pound. The team was very vague and unhelpful in why this is the case for me. I requested my trizepitide come from a different pharmacy, was ensured that it would, and upon receiving it, it came from the same pharmacy. I never heard back from my rep after calling this out. As a vulnerable and desperate young lady looking for a change in my body it was beyond defeating to be out this money, time, and radio silence from the team. Do not buy in!!!”
“Terrible experience from the blood tests to the uninformative consultation to little to know info on what the meds they wanted me to pay $400 for. Never again.”
