“Just received my first Christopher Ward watch, a C7 Rapide Chronograph COSC Limited Edition. It is a well made, high quality watch and looks and feels great to wear. It comes in a nice box with clear instructions, and delivery was quick. Purchasing on the website was easy and communication good throughout.”

“Excellent quality watches which are reasonably priced. Customer service is excellent and ordering is hassle free. I have 2 Christopher Ward Watches, a C7 Rapide mkII and a Trident Pro C60 Automatic. The C7 is fantastic and I love the chronograph movement in there. The Trident is also an amazing watch, which looks great.”

“I had to send my Trident Pro 600 GMT in for servicing. After 1 year it was losing 2-3 minutes per week. It has been back and working accurately for a few months. While I am really glad it is fixed the CW team doesn't get a full 5 stars as I had to pay a bit over $50 to mail the watch to London. It then took weeks to get it repaired and back to me. I was a bit put off that they didn't pay return shipping or throw in a free t-shirt or apology for the inconvenience/expense. For a $1000 watch I suppose my expectation was a bit higher.”

“I am the proud owner of three Christopher Ward watches a C60 Trident Pro 600, C8 Flyer Automatic and a C8 Pilot mk2 and my wife has a C5 Malvern Slimline, all four watches are just great, and a real pleasure two ware, I would also like to say how good and helpful your customer services are, a real pleasure to deal with.”

“I have bought CW watches for over 10 years and have always found them to be exemplary. However,I find disquieting what I have been reading on the forum and Trust Pilot of an uptick in discord and dissatisfaction among old and new customers regarding poor service. I would imagine this must be of grave concern to the management”

“What a watch! I have a few dress watches. C60 43mm initially felt a bit heavy and large for my 6.75" wrist. Over the past few days, absolutely loved the watch. Great value for money.”

“The watches that you produce are of a high standard and competitively priced , however when ordering a pre-order item , I think more information should be given to the buyer on the progress of the order , it should not be left to the buyer to contact your customer enquiry department for information especially if the item has been delayed.”

“Wanted something stylish, high quality and robust and this Trident C65 certainly fits the bill. Did a loads of research and don't think there was a better option out there for the money. Fact that I'm supporting a British company makes it even better. Loved how quickly the watch arrived after placing my order.. 2 days I think. And totally over the moon with the now much coveted watch. Thank you from a very happy customer.”

“When I retired I was presented with a Christopher Ward watch with lovely blue face I was quite chuffed ,I have found that the slim silver hands against that dial make the watch actually quite difficult to read a complete contrast to my Mondain watch which is particularly easy to read . After a couple of weeks when I picked it up in the morning I found it had stopped during the night I e mailed Christopher Ward but nobody bothered to reply ,I persevered but after it stopped for the third time i e mailed again using the web portal messenger service on the web site again nobody answered I decided I would have to try a different approach and telephoned customer service I was promised a pre paid pack to return the watch a week later I am still waiting for it ,Iwas told that the timescale before the watch is repaired will be 5 or 6 weeks possibly longer this is appalling service from start to finish .”
