“I own 2 of your watches, and I love them both. A diver and a C8Flyer. My last purchase was for a strap for the C8Flyer which took almost 2 months due to a backorder. Great company with great service.”

“My recent contact with Christopher Ward was to get my original C5 Malvern automatic 18ct gold wristwatch repaired. I managed to break the crown wheel for the second time in a year after a little too much winding and not enough wearing. I simply contacted the company through the website, got a prompt reply, the return pack sent out with the appropriate paperwork and returned it at the Post Office yesterday, at no cost to me.”

“My original order went missing in shipping. Since it was a discontinued item I was offered a full refund instead of a replacement. The watch was later returned to Christopher Ward and I was offered to repurchase the watch. It was sent to me with next-day shipping without extra charge. I am very satisfied with the watch and the great costumer service.”
