“Great quality at a great price and exceptionally fast delivery - as always. Ordering is easy and the custoer experience is simple but effective and provides all you require. Needless to say the watches themselves are great”

“Everything about Christopher Ward just oozes quality and value. The watches are on a par with many more expensive brands and the service you receive cannot be bettered anywhere. It matters not if you are buying a strap or one of their more expensive watches the level of service and communication is exactly the same. Perfection is not a word I use often these days but in Christopher Ward's case there is no better way to describe their overall products and customer experience.”

“I have had a ladies watch for many years which I love. Unfortunately Christopher Ward have discontinued ladies watches so when I needed a new strap I was somewhat apprehensive. However they managed to find one to fit my watch and I also ordered a man's strap in a lovely blue which fits perfectly and was in the sale. The customer service was really outstanding! Thank you.”

“The C9 Jumping Hour is a beautiful watch with Chistopher Ward's own movement. In my opinion it is better than the equivalent Patek Phillipe watch which costs much more.”

“The C9 Harrison 5 Day Chronometer is an absolutely stunning watch - it is handsome and superbly engineered, and I am delighted with it. There was a minor issue with the buckle, and I was very impressed by Chris Ward's immediate and whole-hearted response. These guys really do put the customer at the centre of everything they do. Other watch makers (I'm looking at you Richemont Group) would do well to match Christopher Ward's commitment to great value and great customer service. Thank you guys!”

“I have purchased eleven watches off Christopher Ward. And every one I purchased has proved to be a good experience. The design and quality as been superb. Always at an amazing price compared to other brands of the same quality. Indeed there is nothing really that I could say that is bad about their watches. If I did I would really be just nit picking. This purchase was for a C7 Chronometer. It was bought in their last sale at a bargain price. It is a lovely watch. Due to it being sale time I had to wait a little longer than normal. But in the end thanks to their customer services and the help I received from Joe in customer services I received the watch exactly as ordered.”

“I just purchase my third Christopher Ward watch. The watch quality and customer service has been amazing. I am particularly fond of the jumping hour and it gets more wrist time than any other two watches I have, even though some of them cost 10 to 15 times more. I can't wait to see what Christopher Ward and his team do next!”

“Their watches are very good value. I purchased a couple of Typhoons in the sale, one for my dad and one for myself. What amazing watches. They keep excellent time with the legendary Eta 7750 movement. We have had many of Christopher Ward watches before, and most have been very reliable and well made.”

“No middleman in the supply chain combined with exquisite quality equals unparalleled value. I'm a big sports car/race fan and the CW motorsports collection is out of this World. I hardly wear anything from my Rolex collection anymore. Great job CW... Fantastic creations across the board.”
