“never experienced such a bad customer service. purchased mini mascara and eye liner, got the email that it was shipped. 2 weeks later my order wasn't delivered to me, contacted customer service they said they was going to ship another one. then 9 days later I had to contact them again as my parcel still wasn't with me, but no one replied to my email. I have sent another one, but still no reply. I don't have my order I paid for and customer services ignoring me. what could be worse ? will never buy again and will advise my friends not to get anything from this company.”

“Both my granddaughter were very pleased and loved the product they had. The eyeliner went on well and had staying power. The mascara was a delight as I love these sizes personally I asked if I could try it and I loved it.But had to hand it back to my Granddaughter who a week Later gave update was pleased with the length of her lashes and colour was great. Many thanks.”

“I ordered a make up set but sadly was not delivered to me but wrongly sent to someone else I suggest they action my query I sent and resend me another I await for the replacement”

“The mascara is great but the felt tip style eyeliner goes pale after one swipe across the eyelid. I have one lovey black flick on my right eye, but it's trey on the left (like a pen running out!). I've tried shaking it but the only way for it to 'refill' is for it to sit upside down for a while.”

“I have recently bought 3 more Wonderwand liners and now have got a great selection to experiment with. These are amazing liners, no more dragging of the eyelid with these. I love Ciate's products and am always satisfied with what I've purchased.”

“The mascara leaves little black bits on the area under my eyes. The eyeliner is dry and I can’t use it. Slightly disappointed as I was looking forward to using the eyeliner because I like the tip of the pen”
