“Nail polishes are beautiful, great range of colours. However I was disappointed that they just came in bubble wrap with no gift/presentation box. They were for a gift and don’t look very stylish at all.”

“Delivery took longer than expected and was shocked that my items just came in a envelope, not boxed. However boxes are wasteful and unused so respect this decision. I am really enjoying these products and will definitely be buying them again.”

“POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent several emails because i had a problem with my orders and THEY DID NOT REPLY AT ALL. They sent me ONE email only after i called their office. After that, i didn't hear anything from them. Now, i do not know what happened to my return items and if i will be able to get my refund. :-(”

“Quick dispatch however the eyeliner is not very black at all. Had to go back to my old trusted kat von d liner. Haven't tried the mascara yet so no review for it. Would have been disappointed if I paid full price. However I got it for £5 on priority moments through O2.”

“Had fabulous communication with the company. When the mail service misplaced my order (which was the fault of the postal service not Ciate) Ciate re-sent a replacement straight away. Would order again because of the amazing treatment I received.”

“Excellent little set! I used the mascara for the first time today and they made my lashes look lovely! Comes in a gorgeous little tube and the wand is exactly what I am looking for. My daughter wanted the eyeliner and she says it's the best she has used. Fast delivery and great all round service”
