“Hi. I received the nail varnishes which I purchased for my daughter. Which are a great product but I wasn’t expecting them to be bubble wrapped and placed in a brown paper box. I was expecting a classy box and wrapping as though to give for a present! Not so.”

“Initially it would appear good service but!!! On the 18th Sept I ordered some nail varnish, the next day I realised that Ithad The wrong delivery address & immediately contacted Ciate, they informed me that it had already been dispatched & nothing could done. I contacted the couriers & they informed me that a change of address is possible provided Ciate contacted them. Again informed Ciate of this & a change of address was made. I checked with the couriers to find out the revised delivery date, they told me that the package had been returned, at Ciate's request. It is now nearly 3 weeks since the order was originally made & I have not received my order”

“Although I've only tried out one of the nail varnishes that I purchased it's very nice and stayed on without chipping for ages. I purchased a special offer and am really pleased with my purchase.”

“After placing an order on Sept 19th I am still waiting for it. Problems occurred with Hermes damaging the parcel. I've had to email for an update and have been told a replacement would be sorted. Poor respinse from customer services. Still have no idea what is happening.”

“I was extremely disappointed to receive what was advertised as a set valued at £90 without any packaging other than bubble wrap. I contacted Customer Services about this but they were entirely unhelpful and I have been left with a very bitter taste in my mouth about Ciate and will ensure that my friends and family are aware of the lack of customer care I received. I will never recommend or buy another Ciate product.”
