“Bought the glitter lipstick. Now on the video I saw it looks beautiful and glittery but unfortunately it doesn't look like that in real life when you get it yourself. Very disappointed but you have to open it to try it and you don't accept things back that have been used and was very expensive.”

“Parcel was lost by Hermes...that happens... but after emails I was left to chase up and sort out replacement order...not Ciate Not impressed by customer service ....items bought for a gift 🎁 so I had to buy a replacement”

“I ordered the glitter lip gloss. Speedy delivery and so easy to order. Very efficient. Lip gloss itself is ok. Thicker than I'd imagined but stays on well”

“Was very disappointed with product. It was just like a matte lipstick, no glitter. It didn't even stay on after 1 cup of coffee. Would not recommend”

“Superb glitter flip lipstick, matt colour looks just like the website demonstration, however the glitter does not show evenly. I tried one coat, left it to dry for longer than the 1 minute instruction and when lips are pressed together the glitter was very uneven. Still love the lipstick though !”
