“The colour of the lipstick I brought was nothing like the colour I thought I was buying. Colour difference from the picture online to what it was in real life was so different. I emailed and was asked if I wanted to exchange I said yes but was not willing to pay postage back for the one I have. I was told someone would get back to me but nobody has.”

“I want to honest - the lip gloss is horrible ! It drys lips and has no glitters .Waste of money ! I am very disapponted . Can't recommend anybody. And will never buy any product from Ciate London.”

“I ordered two lipsticks from this company but was very disappointed with colours of both of them. Fortunately my daughter loved both of them. The pictures on the website do not give you the true colour of them they were valentine and whisper and were totally different colours when I received them. Will think twice before I purchase again.”
