“I ordered a ring and the product and shipping were great, but I asked for the ring to be engraved, even called them up on the phone to confirm where I should enter the engraving details, but they sent it without engraving. Now I can't find a place that will do what I had asked for.”

Hi there, Sorry to hear this happened. It was an oversight on our part. I see that you are located in Spain. A Jewellers with an in house Jewellers would be able to do this for you. If you search for Jewellers who make spanish Jewellery for example - if they make it, theyd need a Jeweller. Again, we are so sorry it happened. It was a simple mistake that shouldnt have happened. Hi there, I just checked your order and we are suprised at this. The ring that you bought was made by our Jeweller and we have sold hundreds of them and this is the first complaint we have recieved. “The ring was beautiful. The bracelet took a long time to receive, was not happy with the look of the bracelet. Much prettier online. The bracelet also kinks in certain places.”

“I purchased a ring online but when it went through on my credit card the exchange rate was in a different currency, so between that and duties it cost me almost double what I was expecting to pay. I was offered a small rebate as a “token of goodwill”, but was offered the same rebate in an ad for new purchases on Facebook only days later, which made the gesture feel hollow. The ring itself is nice, although it has some defects that look like scratches on it, which I was not expecting after paying the amount that I paid. The ring is nice overall, but ended up being very expensive for what it is. I would consider returning it if I did not think it would be a complicated process. Although they were polite and responsive, I would not order from this vendor again.”

Hi Peter, Our website show prices in USD, EURO & GBP. You did not pay in any of these currencies which was why the exchange rate was high. Unfortunately, this is something out of our control and not something that happens very often. Our 10% off code is only valid for customers spending higher amounts and while you may feel that our gesture was hallow, it was a gesture of good will. “I live in Canada and purchased a necklace when I was travelling in Ireland. When my necklace broke, I ordered a new one and I was so happy to receive it in the beautiful shiny green package! The pendant has started to loose some of the silver plating and has a dark looking spot on it now, which is disappointing.”

Hi Christi, Thank you for leaving a review. We checked your order and and this pendant is not plated therefor it would not be peeling and we do not see that in the image. What is happening to your necklace is it is tarnishing and this is something that happens to all silver items. It can happen quicker to items if they are worn in the shower, sprayed with purfume or left on windowsills with direct sunlight, to name a few. Luckily, this is easily fixed by bringing it to your jeweller to be cleaned and using a polishing cloth to polish the item.
